“I love this dispensary. I usually go to Sunnyside, but recently, they've been a bit crowded. Curaleaf is generally as cheap as the average, but they have good deals often. Theres a lot of choices. Staff is friendly, the joint is clean, and I like the product. There's usually not a massive wait. I buy the shake 1/2oz for $50. 6 years ago that was $100+ in a shady alley lol. I'm still jaded by the fact you can buy weed at stores. What would I change? The parking lot is a tiny, awkward square. I usually park next door now. My stop is usually here, and the tobacco store across North right there. I like Cura and Sunnyside. I'm glad Cura has a shorter wait time.”

Dr. assured me that the treatment plan was the most conservative with many more options if that didn’t work and to come back in one month. A week later my eye pain was still intolerable. I left a message for Dr Jose. Receptionist was great. The man who returned my call was horrifically condescending and told me that I didn't have pain and tried to define pain for me. He was also suspect that I was using my drops. (My disease is known for being very, very painful.). I asked this man to ask Dr Jose about what I could do to reduce the pain while waiting to see if his treatment plan would work. The man returned my call and said that Dr Jose could do nothing more for me. Strange since a week prior he promised me that there were so many things he could help with. I will tell my eye Dr who referred me to rethink his future referrals (to be fair he recommended a different Dr., but since that Dr. was out on vacation and my pain was horrid, I took what Dr. was available in the practice).”

“I made an appointment and when I got there, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No receptionist anywhere. I have had sinus congestion, pain and burning for 5 days along with a fever. I came in for some antibiotics to help. The doctor walked in said my ears looked clear and my lungs and heart sounded good. He said I more than likely have covid... ummm it is all in my sinuses, I have a history of terrible sinus infections, and he jumps immediately to covid. Antibiotics have always helped when I get these and now he says they decided antibiotics don't help sinus infections and again wants to talk covid. I wasted my time, a $30 copay, and was subjected to lord only knows how many germs for absolutely no reason. What a colossal waste of time. My sinuses still feel awful 😖”

I self paid for my exam and it is 2 months now that I am receiving the same bill, went directly to the clinic to resolve it, I was assured it is resolved and I am getting texts, calls, emails and letters with this double charge. Same happened to my parents few years ago when they were double charging their insurance. Very unethical. I am very dissapoited. Will have to look for different GI, I don't have such a spare time to deal with billing issues for months”

It’s the biggest headache you’ll experience. Update : Their staff was completely unhelpful, transferred my phone call to a completely different department when I was supposed to be transferred to the supervisor, upon calling back the supervisor “wasn’t in office” anymore (note this was 5min later) and now they’re not calling me back. Still going on 01/03. AVOID AVOID AVOID”

What seems the blatant disregard for follow up has made me question their trustworthiness. If I can’t get follow ups or anyone for that matter to contact me, how can I trust them to care for myself and my reproductive health? Zero stars if I had the option. The bills are sure coming in though!! Don’t waste your time. It seems like if you have complications, you’re thrown to the back burner because you may not be a reliable source of income for them. Such a shame.”
