“I've been here several times and have had the most positive urgent care experience. The employers up front are kind and very helpful. I haven't had to wait very long whenever I've gone. The doctors and nurses have been very knowledgeable, considerate and take time to answer all of my questions. For comparison sake, I'd gone to Minute Clinic and Care Now before my experiences at both places have been nothing but negative. Both were much more expensive with long wait times and not great doctors, not to mention all the billing issues. I was so impressed with Legacy ER that I purchased the coverage plan that they offer. It was very inexpensive and very worth it! Was surprised that it also had great discounts on dental and vision, and both my eye doctor and dentist accept it. It even covers crowns. It seemed too good to be true but I've used quite a bit over the last year it and it delivers what it promises.”

She has closely monitored me ever since. She and her entire staff are knowledgeable, professional, kind and compassionate. “I didn't know Envision offered weekend appointments until they booked my MRI on a Saturday. The location was easy to find and very secure. They buzz in patients. The waiting room was spacious and comfortable. Large chairs and even a coffee bar made it pleasant. Although this was a short series, the techs made sure that I was comfortable on the table. Music was offered so Frank Sinatra sang over the noises of the machine! The staff was kind and compassionate. They were aware if my claustrophobia and kept me in the loop on how many minutes I would be inside. I did walk out with a CD of my MRI which is always important. I not only would recommend this location but I will use them again.”

“The whole practice has always been good. I just don't like the phones go to an answering service. It's also an all in one practice if you like that but I only go for the mental health side. It took me decades to find a place like this. I see Dr Benigar and he's absolutely wonderful! I drive 84 miles round trip just to see him. He actually listens to you and discusses your treatment with you instead of just doing what he thinks. And doesn't give up when you've been a difficult case. He keeps discussing with you and trying. He's really hard to get into but what good Dr isn't. If you can, he's worth the wait! Also since this is a multi practice office they take insurance when most psychiatrist now are individuals and don't take insurance. I called a few when looking and they wanted like $300. That's not doable. And when you're already having mental health issues that makes it worse thinking you're never going to get help. But I kept going and found this place. Highly recommend!”
