“Not sure if it’s true or not. But the employee behind the desk promised me that the only way I could have my mri done was with a physical copy of the order my doctor gave me over a month ago! It’s 2024, I have all this my chart app stuff and everything is digital. But without this single piece of paper……….. they can’t take an mri. Something tells me there is more at play here. But it’s ridiculous no matter what happened. How embarrassing for Orlando health. After finding this discarded piece of paper I was able to come back and have my mri. My Tech was great, but man what a way to start your morning. I guess everyone bring your paper work with you. Ya know, since it’s 1995 over there.”

“This ER was great.Staff courtesy, friendliest & caring. I had no wait. The attending Doctor Swisher was thorough, kind & compassion. The two nurses were great, Chris & Erica. They have treated me very well, I have never gone to an ER, that I was treating such compassion & caring. This is a 5 star facility.”

“Go to a different location for planned parenthood. I have been going to an alternative location in Orlando but had to go to this location because I had a class after my appointment. Typically going in for my shot takes 5 minutes and the process is super easy. This location however, I have been waiting over an hour and a half and still had not been helped. I went to the desk to inform that I have class and need to be seen so that I can get my shot within my needed timeframe. They said that if I had to leave it was okay but that if I wanted to be seen I would have to wait. So my options were to miss class or be behind on my birth control. WHEN I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Appointments mean nothing to this location. I complained twice to try and figure out what was going on but inevitably had to leave for class without my shot. Ridiculous.”

“Delivered a broken down scooter and failed to refund me the money , out $150 . Filling a complaint with the department of consumer affairs , this company is a joke ! Don’t let them ruin your vacation and jeopardize your safety or that of a loved one. Their equipment is subpar and unsafe. They are also committing crimes agains handicap people and will be contacting Florida state police they’re business practices are asinine. A person who knowingly or willfully abuses an elderly person or disabled adult without causing great bodily harm, permanent disability, or permanent disfigurement to the elderly person or disabled adult commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.”
