“Over the weekend, I injured my foot and booked to see a local doctor on Monday morning. I saw Dr Ian at 8am. The appointment barely lasted 5 minutes, he didn’t ask when the injury happened (it had been a day and he wrote on my X-Ray referral that it had been a week). He gave me an X-Ray referral and didn’t say anything about when I would hear back, what to expect or how I could manage the pain. I called on Tuesday afternoon and was told that I might hear back by the end of the week. I called again on Wednesday and was asked to call the X-Ray place myself to have scans sent through. The X-Ray place said they’d been sent through already but they’d send them again. I ended up booking with my regular GP and saw him this morning to discuss results and pain management. Luckily no breaks but it’s been a rough week. I never heard back from Telegraph Road Clinic and I’ll never be going back. I’m appalled by the lack of care and professionalism. It feels like I wasn’t treated as a patient but as a money grab.”

“very unprofessional. Did not show up at all this month and never received any notification. If you are changing your service model you should at least try to communicate that to those who have been good customers. I do not recommend this business as they will cancel you without any correspondence. (would not even respond to an email) I would find a reliable service and one who communicates with you. Let's please be adults!”

“My family and I have been patients with Inala Primary for 16 years. The staff are absolutely incredible from all aspects of the Practice. The Reception staff are always so warm and friendly. The Doctors, Nurses and Therapists are also wonderful and many a time they have gone above and beyond to ensure that their patients receive top notch care. At IPC you are seen and heard, you aren't just another customer. On several occasions we have had major medical issues and my GP has called out of hours to check in on us. You are not rushed through appointments like some other GP practices I have been to in the past. The Drs are very keen to ensure you are given enough time to address medical issues and have your questions and concerns answered. I cannot recommend IPC highly enough. The care my entire family has received has been incredible and we will continue to use IPC for our health and well being long into the future.”

“Professional staff Clean store Clear and accessible showroom Good variety of choices Friendly salespeople Well lit Comfortable seating with back support Desks are well spaced apart Quick wait times for various tests Store is almost always filled with people however there are a large team of staff, so wait time for test results and time on the show room floor is next to none, someone WILL come and ask you if you require help ~ every time! The only reason I don’t give them a 5/5 stars is because I am quite ‘OUT THERE’ with my fashion choices and I wish they stocked some more unique and far out frames, but, I can understand why they don’t, supply and demand 😂”

“My children and I have recently become new patients at the Brookside Family Clinic, and on both occasions that we have attended the Clinic we have been greeted kindly and very politely by the reception staff, check in has been very straightforward and welcoming and leaving and making payment has been the same. The two Doctors we have seen have both been very nice, helpful, friendly and made us feel supported and heard, but most of all empathetic and took the time to listen to our needs to help us.
