“Davila Pharmacy located on Guadalupe and San Jacinto sts is the friendliest of pharmacies with all the extras! I visited for my first covid shot and was greeted by nice bilingual associate who was making sure everyone was masked and maintaining social distance. Beautiful serene courtyard and in and out in minutes. I scanned the pharmacy and was greeted by several staff on entry. They had a wide array of supplies, braces, looked like a great place.”

“Unbelievably long waits on 2 occasions even with appointments made in advance. Very small waiting room packed with sick people, some people having to wait outside because waiting room was so full. I received a bill for the first time 2 years after services, which is illegal in Texas. I called their biller and they confirmed I was never billed for 2 years. Then they sent the bill to collections. I called and left messages with their office many times without ever being called back. Please don't support this doctor, read recent reviews.”

“If you are looking for a Dr. office that gives you an infection that leads you to be hospitalized for over a week and then having to have surgery this is the place for you. Then after that you speak with the Dr who asks you to update him with what the surgeon says, but you can't get ahold of the Dr because he's booked for two weeks!! I eventually asked for them to send an email and never heard back from Dr. Neil. To top it off the very rude nurse, Christine, informs you they won't even speak with me until I pay 100% of the IVF that day. PLEASE PLEASE save yourself a hopsital visit, possibly loosing any chance of pregnancy due to an infection and the rude staff at this Dr. Office. Take the time to read the other reviews people posted about similar situations and spare yourself the heartache.”
