“Would love to give this place a higher rating. The doctors are really personable and seem knowledgeable, but they're impossible to get to. I've never had a hold time less than 10 minutes, and when trying to schedule a dermatology appointment, I call in, get one piece of information, try to figure out my transportation, call back, and get different information, not the least of which is that the dermatologist doesn't schedule more than 4 weeks out. Not sure how they can operate like that. They don't really seem to know how to handle calls or appointments. If you can get one, the docs are great, but I don't have that kind of time to keep calling back and getting jerked around. Best of luck.”

“Amazing dermatologist. I travel for work and her office was the only one to fit me in within an acceptable timeframe. Staff is extremely kind and respectful. Dr. Pierre-Louis, I can’t say enough good things about. She cares and that’s what truly matters. Definitely recommend her practice!”
