“My husband's experience in the past has been good until his provider was changed to Regitha Sebastian. From the start as we were being help her attitude was very unprofessional. We went in for a disability parking permit due to him being a disabled veteran. She inspected his record to verify his disabilities, during the process she continued to refer to his age and his looks stating " you are too young to be disabled." while rolling her eyes. My husband is one year from intensive back surgery and for he to make those types of remarks and state that he did not look disabled to her is very unprofessional and makes me question her practice and her customer service. It is very unfortunate to see someone with such a high education lack common courtesies. We will be changing providers as soon as possible.”

“Worse Urgent care to ever treat my Son!!! My son suffer a bad injury from Dr. Listoe!! He was really rude to my son like all kids some kids get scared to go to Dr offices, yet alone rude ones, I saw Dr. Listoe did a face of retaliation towards my son! When he poked my son ear while checking his ear!! My son is non verbal. My son screamed and was crying cuz he was poked and yet he didn't tell me if he did, my son was in sooo much pain holding his ear crying, screaming from the pain. The Dr tried to play it like he didn't do something to my son. If he couldn't do his job right he could of ask for help from the office but instead he stayed quiet and didn't say anything of what he did to my poor baby! He got poked really deep in his ear canal!!! I'm Soo upset & hurt for the pain my son was caused! This is sooo unacceptable & unprofessional! He kept crying and holding his ear, as we got home my son starts uncontrollably bleeding from his left ear!!! He also didn't mention my son had an infection in the same left ear that he poke with the Otoscope, we had to go to the ER due to the damage he did to my son! They had to flush his ears 3 times from how much he was bleeding and they found deep in the ear canal that he was scratched with the Otoscope and ear drum being a little swollen due to his cold from getting an ear infection! I hope this don't ever happen to anyone's child, taking my child for a Dr check up for a cough that he had, and him having a cold and this all happens! Parents have your eyes wide open! Going from him being okay getting ready for his check up to leaving like this!”

“This is one of the slowest dispensaries you can visit. If you enter an order online and don’t receive an express pick up email. Don’t go pick up your order, cause the wait will kill you. It’s like they’re actually picking out buds in the back room, and packing flower at a very slow pace. I asked the receptionist if they were growing the flower that I’m picking up. Horrible. I think they need more employees.”

“Honestly the worst experience I've had in a dispensary to date. Took notice of a promotion online for a 10% stackable early bird special called verified the promotion, got to the store and was told they could stack 5% due to my selection being discounted. Stepped out for a moment came back in and low and behold could no longer honor the discount at all. The manager was very unprofessional and condescending attempting to show me her own corporate print out of promotion rules and regulations as if every consumer has that. Very disappointed with lack of care, respect, professional communication. Will not be returning to any fluent location ever again nor will I be recommending any of my friends, family and any newcomers asking for recommendations. Stay clear of this place”

“I was told last December when I called for columnar replacement that a new program would send me a new unit and I just had to send the old one back. They also said that I can update send my unit back and get $800 for it. I sent it back and never received a dime. When I called to follow up they sent me $300. Saying it was “up to” $800. Now when I have a problem the contract is not being honored. I have had to do a reset that they sent me directions to do. I’ve done that and it didn’t fix the problem. Now no ne calls back. I have no other mobile oxygen so I am stuck in my apartment. From my understanding buying a new unit was supposed to prevent this problem. I have called three times today. They supposedly have no manager on duty and the sales person I had for 3 years is no longer there. Probably the only honest person working there. Do not use this company. I have been told it is in process with a merger with First Class medical so don’t use them either! BBB I am on Medicare and this is how the elderly are treated.”
