“Anyone giving more then 1 star are being lenient, if so a 0 would suffice. This place is notorious for making you wait, whenever I come the secretary (mind you who have no customer service skills and have a blank dumbfounded face) will always say there is a bit of a wait which extended to a minimum of at least 1 hour. Whether it be an X-Ray, Ultrasound or MRI for me or others in my family. I’m never happy here though it is the closest medical imaging location I don’t have much of a choice, but if possible I would change as soon as possible. And clearly reading other reviews, others are not quite pleased either. Please change your staff and have a word with them because this is just disgraceful and is tainting the name of your business.”

“I am a regular chemist warehouse customer at the 214 church Street for any years now.. The staff is friendly and helpful. But there is one person that I would like to commend is the security guard name Ahmed. He always have a nice smile when I walk in the door, very polite and also a helpful person. I notice not just for me but every customers that walk in the door and wishes and welcome them. It is lovely to see him doing that. I wish all the best and he is definitely one of my favourite person in the store.”
