“This place never follows up on my calls and does not take care of the patient's needs in getting supplies. They claim they do not receive referrals but I was sitting with my primary as she put in the referral. Staff on phone need to be trained in customer service and should assist patients in their needs instead of brushing it off.”

“I was nervous about selecting a primary care, but I have no regrets! The appointment process is the best part, all online and no waiting on the phone for hours. Amanda Keirn was the provider I saw and she was thoughtful, caring, & listened to all my concerns. She made sure to explain everything and made sure I left with no questions. I am excited to have a place I can visit without hassle. My only suggestion is figuring out a good phone system. If you need to call for any reason the wait time is usually long and or they don’t answer. Overall, I really like this place.”

“My husband was admitted to Sandstone Spring Valley on December 27th after 9 days in the hospital due to RSV and acute kidney failure and a few other less serious issues. He couldn’t stand or walk; he couldn't move or adjust his position in bed. Thanks to the professional care of his nurses and the dedication of his physical therapists, I brought him home today, 3 weeks after admission. He is able to transfer from bed to wheel chair or walker and can walk short distances. Thanks to all for their professional care and sincere interaction with my husband.”
