“My initial visit went very well with the exception of having to wait 30 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment (not a big deal, it was busy) The staff I encountered during my visit were very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the doctor seemed to be rushed and didn’t make me feel relaxed, especially on my first visit (seemed preoccupied or indifferent) No problem, everyone has bad days. The young woman (Sam) was excellent in asking me questions and providing my treatment. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and valued as her patient.”

Dr. Kristi performed the required treatment. It was amazing how professional and well equipped they were to deal with my dental needs. Amanda and another dental assistant also worked hard to finalize my visit. They did so in a friendly manner with real expertise. Dr. Kristi was more than fair in terms of the cost for the procedure. “I always visit here for my treatment. My last visit experience was very good. Assessment and treatment completed by Rebeccah Michaud. She is very caring and spent time for assessment and treatment. Front desk staff was also very helpful and respectful. Facility size is medium. They can accommodate about 15 patients at a time. Parking and washroom are available for patients. They also have massage therapy. Parking lot is in front of the building. Very good waiting area for patients. Nicely decorated. Highly recommend to try this place”

I felt that the team genuinely cared about my pup and took such a great care of her. So happy I’ve joined the Juno family! “Matlis Walk in is great. I do appreciate the quick reply from Dr. Matlis. but to be honest Dr. Franklin only works 1 day a week. EVERY time I book an appointment. You wait 1 hour past your scheduled time then another 45min In the examination room. I’ll be looking for another more available doctor as soon as I can. Maybe I can find a doctor that works minimum 2 days a week?”
