“I don't know if I got really lucky but I had a wonderful experience with this company.I wasn't feeling well Sunday I woke up feeling Monday much worse and in order to make sure I could go back to work ASAP, I immediately looked into options in my area found this one online, used their online booking system which was really easy to fill out and had an appointment which I was eligible for for free which is even more amazing. They were curious and polite and professional and I even got my results before they told me I would even get them which was amazing so I could go back to work. Thank you so much”

“So today I walked in at 7:30 and checked in. I logged on and couldn’t, it directed me to see an employee. The employee then said that she didn’t know why, but that I had to do my physical again. This is just ridiculous, for anyone who has done this process, it takes 2-3 hours. This was my 3rd time returning. First time, they took a sample, second time I donated, and this would have been my second donation, and 3rd visit.The employees are nice, but I will never return here, so unorganized. Nobody has time to waste. In fairness they did offer me an incentive, but nah I’m good and turned off by this establishment. Never again……………”

“Dr. Osman is great, but dealing with his rude front office and horrible scheduling isn't worth it. I've been seeing him for many years and now I can't get in for 2-3 months even on follow ups. It's ridiculous, and forget the waitlist, they don't even bother, it's a lie. He should fire his current schedulers and keep appointments for his long time Patients. 2-3 weeks to wait I understand, but 2-3 months. Absurd. I'm going elsewhere.”

“My family has been going here for over 10 years until they started keeping $400 deposits for an appointment that was already cancelled. We responded twice to a confirmation email. They said they didn’t receive it? Hmmm. Isn’t that what a confirmation email is for? Poor record keeping shouldn’t be made our problem and we never “missed” appointments. And then their scheduling issues had us waiting in the procedure rooms sometimes up to an hour! Did we complain or charge for our time? The fact is we felt like we were being more than patient, even with unsatisfactory procedure results. As far as we are concerned they owe us $400 and a apology.”

“As a new patient, I was NOT impressed with the Eyetopia Optometry service and experience. Starting with the DR. LILY H. KIM. During my office visit, the doctor was very impersonal. I felt as if she wanted to get the appointment over with. On 11/15, I ordered contacts and called on 11/19 for an update. I was on hold for 12 minutes. Then a guy answered, and he asked me what I needed. I told him I needed an update on my contacts. He then placed me on hold for another 3-4 minutes. Then a girl came on asking me how she could help me AGAIN. I was told that only one box came in and the other box was on back order, and that she would keep me posted when the other box arrived. Well, I never received a call, so I called on 11/30 and was told my box was still on back order, and the ETA from the manufacturer was 2-3 weeks! Needless to say, I will not be returning or recommend this office.”
