USPS was the carrier, you can sign up for email updates for how the shipping progress is going. “I have had two issues with the CPAP issued here - only had it three days and I have been calling in and trying to leave messages to talk to ANYBODY. I called every number on the website, left emails and even had my doctors office call in to their vendor contacts directly. Thankfully my doctor was able to get the attention of the clinic. It seems my issue has been solved (issue with pressure settings, etc), but it is very concerning that I rely on the clinic to control my settings (which determine whether I get treatment or a restless night) and I need to raise hell in order to get any attention. While I waited for my doctors office to get me in touch, I was able to call other clinics that answered right away! I would recommend you do your homework and call in before you pick this clinic. Whether they respond or not should be a warning to you.”
