“No issues with the procedures they performed. Like others have said, the wait times are just ridiculous, they clearly do not value patients time at all! Every time we went to see Dr. Kaufman for a follow up visit, we were there for at least 2-3 hours, of which only 5 minutes were spent with him. I feel sorry for his staff because they are there till after 5 on a Saturday! Now, their billing is horrible! It is now a year later and bills are still trickling in every couple of months. These services have already cleared the insurance company months ago! Why wait so long to bill!! Watch out for double billing too, when you call to point it out they just say "we will look into it" and then try to confuse you with encounter numbers and other jargon about medical codes. I have no issue paying what I owe, but it is ridiculous to drag it out so long. Our most recent bill (Oct-23) was supposed to be our "Final" bill for the account. Today (Dec-23), there is yet another CVP envelope coming in the mail! Keep track of all your statements and payments, you will need them at some point. I plan on calling the insurance company to have them look into the "double" billing. EDIT: Yep, yet another bill came today, which had already been paid!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!”

“In every visit to the group I experienced peace. In the surgical visit the support staff was extraordinary. It was obvious that Dr. Weymire had been seeing a great many patients through the day, but when she came into the room, she was upbeat and engaging and cared for me as the patient in a thoroughly compassionate way. The financial department was different. They continued to send me bills for charges that my insurance already paid for. I give the medical staff a 10. I give the financial staff a 0. Thanks to all. “You have to call multiple times for some one to pick up. The line gives an automated message that “all representatives are currently busy” but I highly doubt they are THAT busy every minute of every day. The receptionists are just lazy in my opinion. They need to do their job and answer calls. If they are unavailable, they should operate like any other normal business and give customers a choice to stay on hold rather than leave a message and wait days to hear back. Also, if they are that overwhelmed with taking calls, maybe they should consider setting up an online platform to book appointments as there are no options to do so now.”
