“I had my second session last Saturday (October 2023). The whole laser experience is very new to me so still a little nervous. My first appointment was great. I forget her name but the technician was so professional and took her time to explain the process. She was patient and pleasant. On 28 October I had my second ever session and it wasn't as pleasant. The technician was on her phone scrolling on social media when I walked both in and out. She rushed through the appointment. She was scrolling on her phone as she went over the aftercare instructions. I could barely hear her as she was seated in a corner at the desk scrolling. I was highly disappointed because my fist session was so amazing that I signed up for more services and intended to buy more packages for other areas but rethinking to try another place for my other body parts. Great location though, easy to get to. Also, front receptionists are nice and professional. Just a terrible technician I experienced unfortunately. EDIT: I received a call from Kaila who was very helpful in reassuring me that my experience is not the norm at SEV. Thank you Kaila for the effort. My last two sessions have been smooth and the technicians amazing. I purchased more packages too.”

I was apprehensive, being a larger person, but it was an amazing experience. When I asked him about his experience with larger bodies, he explained he use to work for a football team in NY, and it was evident. He really got in there, as I asked for deep tissue. The staff is pretty young, and there was one guy there who didn't seem to enjoy his job, but that was my friend's problem HAHA; I didn't have him. Apparently, he complained that he was supposed to be off work during my friend's massage. The young lady who checked us in was personable.”
