“I had my second session last Saturday (October 2023). The whole laser experience is very new to me so still a little nervous. My first appointment was great. I forget her name but the technician was so professional and took her time to explain the process. She was patient and pleasant. On 28 October I had my second ever session and it wasn't as pleasant. The technician was on her phone scrolling on social media when I walked both in and out. She rushed through the appointment. She was scrolling on her phone as she went over the aftercare instructions. I could barely hear her as she was seated in a corner at the desk scrolling. I was highly disappointed because my fist session was so amazing that I signed up for more services and intended to buy more packages for other areas but rethinking to try another place for my other body parts. Great location though, easy to get to. Also, front receptionists are nice and professional. Just a terrible technician I experienced unfortunately. EDIT: I received a call from Kaila who was very helpful in reassuring me that my experience is not the norm at SEV. Thank you Kaila for the effort. My last two sessions have been smooth and the technicians amazing. I purchased more packages too.”

“I visited Dr. Purcell on 2/14 to address a few issues. The appointment was at 2:15, and I arrived at 2:00, and filled out the required paperwork. I was seen at around 3:00 p.m., which was not a problem for me, personally. The office was very busy. I discussed my issues and concerns directly with Dr. Purcell, and he assessed and addressed each one confidently and competently. I was referred to a plastic surgeon for one of the areas of concern, as it was diagnosed as basal cell skin cancer. Dr. Purcell is very thorough, and he explains everything, and answers questions. His staff is also very knowledgeable and congenial. I would highly recommend this practice.”

“Jon is simply the best of the best, without question. He is so sweet and down to earth every time I come in, and the results of everything he does are top tier. He genuinely cares for his clients and it’s obvious in the way he treats you, talks to you and works with you to yield the results you’re looking for. I personally know a handful of people who see him routinely for various things (filler, Botox, etc.) and each of them say the same thing - he is AMAZING in every way. I truly can’t wait to watch him and his business keep growing and flourishing. The sky is really the limit for him!!! 100/10 for Tox & Pout and Injector Jon.”
