“Wonderful Trattoria! Excellent organic food. Trattoria Visconti is member of the Slow Food organization and rated as the 3rd most important wine cellar in Italy. They've an own garden just behind the restaurant, so everything's fresh and classy. Even the red (!) corn for their polenta is planted by the team. You can also eat on the lovely terrace. The team and service is so special. Mamma Fiorella is so warmhearted and lovely. I strongly recommend this Trattoria and would not hesitate a second to come back if I've the opportunity!”

“Judging from the reviews of this place we were quite worried it was going to be too much. I would definitely advise people to come here on an empty stomach. Food was tasty and they certainly knew how to present what they were serving. I didn't really like that all of our fish dishes had been puréed. We were slightly disappointed to find out that each table was receiving a different menu too which made it difficult to keep some of their dishes up to standard. Over all we certainly enjoyed our time here.”

I leaved a full report of my experience on TripAdvisor but summarizing: Place: nice, not a great view but acceptable People: the best past! They explain the plate, very sweet giving us gift at the end of our launch, very prepared about local food Food: top quality. They use only local food and arranging them as top quality cousin. The plate are arranged very originally and not common in the other local restaurant. Price: I think the price is very low for what you eat To stop here is a must! It was more pasta with truffle oil with a few truffle flakes on top. It was also the first place we ate in Italy that pointed out that the service fee / tip wasn’t really included. “What makes a 5 star restaurant for me is authenticity, simplicity and quality, and this restaurant had much more than that. It provided so much without being pretentious or over the top. From the minute you enter, you notice the energy of the staff and how passionate they are about what they do. I asked the waiter to recommend three courses that go well together and he sent me to truffle heaven. My truffles were grated right in front of me and the quality of every bite was a 10/10. I couldn’t recommend more. The tiramisu wasn’t as excellent as in other places in Treviso, so I’d recommend going somewhere else for dessert since Treviso’a options for Tiramisu are endless.”
