“The restaurant atmosphere is really astonishing. Quite huge place with a lot of tabels. Nice lights, comfortable seats. The service was kind and fast. Food good, fine dining plating. Good tastes, but nothing special. The truffle pommes was bland, simple fries. However, looked good. Defenetly worth a visit and try.”

“Great local food. We did not have reservations, but we were seated immediately. I do suggest reservations. Indoor or outdoor seating available. Friendly staff and owners all working hard. German language menu that translate works with, and the staff was happy to fill in the blanks. Good prices.”

“Such a treat in this small beautiful local town. They didn’t have an English menu but were helped by the staff and patrons (also looked up all the images here) and ate a delicious meal. The fish coated with almonds was divine and a must try. The rye beer was fantastic as was the local white wine.”

“Unfortunately we chose this place for dinner after a long drive, myself, my wife and our son. Friday evening at 7:30, the place was almost empty, just us and another table of two. We were seated by the only waiter in the restaurant, a “gentleman” in his late 40’s, wearing glasses, very unhappy to accommodate us. Probably he just wanted to leave home earlier that evening. We ordered a bottle of wine, 2 starters to share and three main courses. The service was so rude and appalling. The waiter was very bothered when we asked for a wine list, he started shouting at us when he brought over the two starters because we had the nerve to ask for three sharing plates. At this point I was just about to leave but I didn’t want to make my wife and son uncomfortable. When he cleared the starters he removed the used cutlery (dirty from the tomato sauce) from our plates and he plonked them back on the table to used them for the main course!! Needless to say the main course was brought over before we finish eating the starters. He removed my son’s plate while we were still eating, my wife ate a few bites and she lost her appetite. We asked for the bill and we left without finish our food nor the wine. We never felt so rushed and disrespected. As a business owner myself I find this experience as unacceptable and outrageous. This waiter completely ruined our evening, I hope he’ll understand the consequences of his action as this is not the way to treat a guest that he’s paying his salary. We will never go again to this establishment..”

“Phenomenal waiter, nice atmosphere. A little stuffy at the entrance. It would be worth ventilating the premises. Menu interesting, products fresh. Risotto with truffles... I have my doubts. Taste great, but why so hard on the stomachs all evening.... Great tomato soup!”

“Amazing! We had a team building event. There are so many great activities to choose from. Archery, mountain biking, ... The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and smiling all the time. The food is perfect and more than enough. And the view, the scenery is breathtaking. I'll definitely go back.”
