“Found this place on google. After we got there we felt it was very touristy and the food was just ok. Also notice the pasta and truffle. It was more pasta with truffle oil with a few truffle flakes on top. It was also the first place we ate in Italy that pointed out that the service fee / tip wasn’t really included. Basically, the waiter asked us for a tip.”

“"Waaaw", that's all I could say after finishing our meal. I think I've said it around 4 or 5 times and started to contemplate life. Never knew food could do that to you. We arrived and saw no more tables available outside. The staff was really helpful and moved the table outside. Once seated we began an experience that blew us away. This was hands down THE best food I've EVER eaten. Everything was masterfully prepared. Don't expect gells of this and espuma of that. No, this place brings honest, home cooked, real food. You can taste the recipes have stood their mark through time. They don't have a fancy look to them, but who cares about that if the tastes are hitting all the right notes PERFECTLY? The dishes have brought me into a state I've never experienced before during a meal. To conclude a perfect dinner, we were offered a complimentary limoncello. The staff are truly proud and genuinely friendly. We drove almost an hour to get there but will do so again without a doubt. Thank you to the whole team for a truly moving experience.”

“We really wanted to like Enoteca Pinchiorri, but we felt it fell short especially being a 3 Michelin star restaurant. Here's what we did like about it: 1) They were able to accommodate us when I had the reservation date wrong. 2) Service was good and they're quick to cater to you Here's where we thought it went wrong: 1) Water has its own menu starting at 10 euros per bottle 2) We were only impressed by the first couple and the last couple times on the tasting menu (the rest were not bad just not a wow factor) 3) Money spent and value received was severely imbalanced. It's nice to cross it off the list. We were definitely expecting more out of our first Michelin 3 stars,but things don't always work out.”

The privilege and honour of choosing this enchanting venue for our wedding left us breathless, as if we had been cast as the stars of our own fairy tale. Love at first sight does exist, for the moment we laid eyes on Tenuta Corbinaia, we knew our search was over. Every detail at this quintessentially grand Tuscan estate exuded a sense of opulence and majesty. The main entrance, a sight to behold, welcomed us with a spectacle of elegance and splendor, leaving no doubt that we had discovered a hidden gem of unparalleled beauty. As we ventured further, the mesmerising panorama of rolling green Tuscan hills unfolded before us from the pool area, creating a backdrop so magnificent that it seemed painted by the hand of a master artist. Our desire was to leave our guests spellbound, their memories forever embellished with the charm of this extraordinary venue. The monestry building next to the restaurant serves as a wine cellar for Antinori, very very old castle. The upper part still houses some monks. Food and wine at this place is excellent, so do the service. Highly recommended for wine fans......”

“Delightful experience! Will be back! One of my absolute criteria to give 5 stars to a place is whether I leave thinking “I need to come back here one day” and this place was definitely one of those and beyond. Not rocket science when staff makes a total of 75% of the experience. And they went beyond with us. Not sure if they just liked us or it’s in their DNA. I am thinking is the second. Very knowledgeable with their wine and how to pair it with the food you’re ordering. We were a party of 5 and order enough dishes so that we could all try different options from the menu and everything was delicious. Reasonably priced with great atmosphere and hardly any tourists, a combination we always look after that always results in a great experience. So not only we will be back next time we are in Florence, it also is 100% recommended for a full Florence gastronomical experience immersion and you and your wallet won’t regret it.”

“Well what can one say of a review of 3 stars..it has been a strange and weird evening of both disappointments and surprises. The food overall is simple, quaint and slightly cowardly. In no way I’m trying to say the food was bad but it also left quite a lot to be desired. The homemade focaccia was the star of the show, however both the pasta and risotto where “cowardly” as I mentioned before made a bit too much al dente. It is normal that you’d undercook slightly both given that it continues to cook after it is plated, sadly it was too underdone which left pieces of hard and uncooked pasta and rice in our teeth. The tasting menu overall does not tell a story and is quite monotone. The presentation of the dishes was good and well curated. The taste however was very earthy and with little good contrast. The staff is somewhat well prepared and polite, doing their job correctly and to the extent of their capacity. When asked questions about the produti utilised they had both the goodwill and knowledge to respond. The environment within the restaurant is pleasant and unassuming, leaving the ambience quite relaxed. In comparison to the inside the immediate surrounding of the restaurant is grim. To give you an example we passed 3 “ladies” selling their services outside the restaurant and a few strange and dodgy men looking at us menacingly, possibly looking after their “lady” employees. I understand this is not the restaurants fault but location is also part of one’s experience and to charge premium prices(average of 70 per person) usually one is in a ok area (at least) if not in a premium one. Hope this comment let’s you improve and do better. Was looking forward to this night but was left with no joyous memories to share. Best wishes Ps: hope you don’t feel like I judged you too harshly”
