“I was referred to this place by a friend. It’s so hard to make a reservation, so we decided to walk in and lucky us, we got bar seating. The food is absolutely amazing with generous portion. I enjoyed the calamari the most with its tenderness, and olive oil aroma. Even though this place is known for seafood, it’s seared lamb definitely goes beyond expectation as well. Will come back!”

“This place is the most reliable, not trendy, classy and delicious spot for a great meal with friends at night or work stuff during the day. I’ve been many times over the years and can’t say enough about the delicious food, attentive five star service and the ambiance. Really impressed this time of year by the Christmas feel- definitely perfect for a chill, top-notch holiday meal with friends. Love it!”

“TLDR: affordable prices with high quality food and very friendly service!! We came here at 11:00 for lunch and there was no wait. We ordered two coffees, an appetizer sampler, a Greek salad and two kebab plates for four people. The Turkish coffee was strong, the appetizer sampler came with pita bread and was very nice and the beef kebab came with some amazingly tasty and well cooked meat. For four people after tax and tip, it came out to $94 which is a steal in this day and age, only $23 per person! Highly recommended and great service as well”

“Berber has been a spot I’ve been eyeing for years. Not sure if it is the same place but they use to have tents. As soon as you step foot inside it is a whole new world.we got the VIP experience which comes with a few extras(great seating, cocktail with every course, picture opp with performers) -Bread with 3spreads: fresh baked bread that pairs perfectly with all three spreads. -Sweet Potatoes(not pictured): sweet potatoes with goat cheese and honey were the best part of the night if you ask me. -Sea Bass: first time having sea bass and it melted like butter paired perfectly with the vegetable couscous. Baklava: freshest baklava I have ever had Dinner and a show in the city you couldn’t ask for more. The service and food were good, just not sure it is a Michelin. The wait staff is good but they are so busy that you don’t feel complete in that area but not their fault, there is a lot of moving parts to the show. All of the performances were good. Just a tip we booked the 7:30 show and didn’t leave until around 10, great event.”

“Palmyra has my absolute favorite falafels. I've been coming here for yearsssss. Their falafels are fresh made and served piping hot with delicious hummus and cucumber salad. I love their shawarma wraps, platters, and rotisserie chicken meals are great to share. I always must have a few extra falafel and baklava to go.”

“This has been a favorite SF food establishment for 18 years for us. We loved coming to Frascati when we lived here. And returning after a decade of not going did not disappoint. The pork chop is still perfect, the risotto excellent, and the halibut was full of flavor and flakey light. And my wife got her long time favorite chocolate bread pudding.”

Lentil Soup Roasted Cauliflower Arugula Salad Pan fried Shrimp with Shishito Peppers Salmon Kabobs Chocolate pot dé creme Kunefe Turkish Coffee Everything was wonderful, and the big standouts for me were...the arugula salad with Turkish apricots dusted sumac and a pomegranate glaze... the flavors were so unique and delicious! The pan fried shrimp had a little kick but was cooked perfectly and served with shishito peppers on the side in a chili oil. The salmon kebabs were so moist and again so flavorful...one of the better kabobs I've had in a very long time!”

“Great ambiance and drinks, but very average food. 3 stars for the food. We tried five appetizers and none of them was great. The fried sprouts were way too oily and didn’t like the sweetness. The cauliflower & lentils, baked goat cheese, and citrus salad was either underwhelming or average. The best was prob the fried calamari because it wasn’t too oily. Would come back for the vibe but not the food unfortunately”
