“Amazing! The whole time during my meal I felt like I was in Istanbul once again. Super friendly staff with awesome manners. This is probably the top 1 Turkish restaurant that I have tried here in Dallas. Omg the food 🤌🏻🤌🏻 the true definition of "delicious" I got their soup of the day: Lentils soup(soft and warm with a great scent of spices +cream+ traditional bread---> Middle Eastern style🥰) Then their Beef Shish --> so Tender/loved the side salad too Then Turkish Flan for dessert--> believe me, You have to try it cause you might love it just like me 🫠🫠 (Again another restroom mirror Selfie 🤳)”

“We came here for a birthday celebration and the service was amazing! Food was well seasoned & served timely. Shaundra provided exceptional French-dining service… I was very impressed. I didn’t get a picture of the chicken chopped salad, which had a delicious sesame dressing nor did I get a pic of the hummus plate with the cucumber-tomato salad, but it was all exceptional. A friend loved the country fried pork loin & said it was perfectly cooked. Great portion for the price. The miso glazed salmon was also delicious. It was a special for the night, but it’s definitely worth trying it if it returns to the menu. My husband got the vegetable enchiladas, which had a great spice & seasoning to them. Not bland at all! Finally, I got the mussels in the white wine sauce. Nicely done. Check out the pics!”

Gorji Restaurant

5100 Belt Line Rd Ste 402, Dallas, TX 75254, United States

“This is where culinary dreams come true. Gorji transcends the ordinary and elevates dining to an art form, leaving us in awe with every meticulously crafted dish. Chef Gorji personally called to confirm our reservation. His warmth and approachability set the stage for an evening that would surpass all expectations. Navigating the parking challenges of the area proved to be a non-issue as Gorji graciously provides reserved parking for patrons, reflecting a thoughtful attention to detail that extended throughout our entire dining experience. The roasted garlic and pan-seared catfish kicked off our culinary journey with amazing flavor. The Caesar salad and Panzanella were masterpieces in their own right. The freshest ingredients with bright flavors. The crescendo of our meal was the Prime Beef Tenderloin, a succulent masterpiece that melted in our mouths. The flourless cake that followed was a sweet conclusion, a symphony of chocolatey richness. Our dining experience was further elevated by the impeccable service of James, who seamlessly orchestrated the evening with finesse and genuine warmth. Chef Gorji himself graced our table, radiating kindness and passion for his craft, making our night not just a meal but a genuine connection with the culinary genius behind it all. In every aspect, Gorji proved to be a gem in the dining landscape, where every detail is carefully curated, and every bite is a testament to the chef's dedication to his craft. We find ourselves eagerly planning a return.”

“The decor was very well done and there were several sections you could be seated in all with a slightly different vibe. We went for brunch and I was slightly let down that I had made a reservation with a note telling them we were going for a birthday and if they could contact me and no one did. When I tried to call I wasn’t able to get in contact with a person. The food was good. I specifically went for the blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes and they were mid. I also had the benedict and I was more pleased with it. My husband had the Classico and French toast which was tasty and rich.”

“We went for my birthday dinner. We traveled 3 hours for it and it did not disappoint! Everything was fabulous. When we were leaving, we were already talking about what we would get the next time. Friendly service and the place is really chic. It is on the more expensive side though.”

“Rye Dallas is a conservative, and romantic restaurant. This review was written in prospective of the price point. Upon arrival, be prepared to find parking, as there is no valet or reserved lot, a big no no for the price point. The food was sophisticated, yet complicated for a beginner’s palate. For the price point, the portion sizes could be bigger. We could tell that a lot of thought went into the taste and presentation of the dishes. The Food is served in the order that it appears on the menu. The ambience was definitely there. Fancy, yet rustic. You can wow a date with this place, but be ready to drop a lot of money. Each dish is only enough to feed 1 person. So be ready to order double if your not trying to by a pizza from up the street right after. The wait staff was amazing. Great place if you’re trying to impress your rich and fancy friends.”
