It was a turnoff when Filipino managers hoarded a huge portion of their giveaways for their own people and customers right in front of our eyes. Overstaffed. Overpriced items. It's evident that they take great pride in their craftsmanship, ensuring their products are built to last. Although, unfortunately, we didn't end up making a purchase on that visit, I must commend the staff for their friendly and knowledgeable assistance. Called them via the telephone to double check and another person said it was in stock. Wasted my time and MRT trip fee to go all the way back again to get.”
