“I showed up today, nervously walked in after getting horrible service from Reliable Gun 10 minutes prior. It was my first time trying to purchase a firearm as I am recently licensed, I met a gentleman name Scott who was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all my stupid noob questions, showed me a variety of firearms, and told me what he liked and how he would set it up. I knew a few things I wanted, as I recently shot a few of my friends firearms, he explained each thing in detail, was never pushy, and you could tell he was very passionate about what he did. I walked out of there feeling very good, I spent about $2200 on a firearm, and everything that you'd need to go with it, and I was happy to do so. I am looking forward to supporting this business further in the future (likely sooner than what I want) thanks to Scott's great customer service. Side note - avoid reliable gun, I posted a review about my negative experience there today.”

“This is a flagship LCBO regarding inventory. The booze, beer, wine and cider selection at this location is top tier. The store has a simple layout and a non-jump-the-line style checkout. Every LCBO should have a queue bollard and rope check out like this shop has. In fact, it should be policy on all new store builds and retrofits. Any who, this joint is easy to shop, well lit and packs much for limited square footage. The employees are hot and cold but that's retail for you. Use Google maps to help you avoid the peak times as the line up can be long. Even still, you won't get stuck in there, they hustle when required. This shop is particularly good with holiday gifts and packaging. Like any retail shop, avoid it during peak shopping times to maintain your sanity. Cheers.”

“We stumbled across Le Cartel because of the monkey and T-Rex paper papier-mâché figures at the front. The clothing is made of high quality materials and the prices are really reasonable. I learned that they like to collab with artists to create limited edition collections. I only wish they would stock more smaller sizes. I ended up not getting anything because the didn’t have small in the items I wanted. I was able to get them at the location in Vieux Port (not on Google Maps but attached to Café Olympico).”

“I love this place. Honestly they have so much selection and the quality is fantastic but, more importantly; their customer service is beyond amazing! In the past 3 months I have gotten Uggs and Adidas shoes for my son, my husband got a pair of Columbia boots and I got a pair of new balance runners - all at fantastic prices! Today I went in searching for a waterproof boot that would also keep my foot warm. After looking around for a bit I was helped by the kindest lady (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) and she referred me to the Hunter boots. I normally wouldn’t have tried them on because I assumed they were not adjustable and wouldn’t fit my calf. But I was wrong! She showed me multiple pairs, all that were adjustable. She informed me that they had a sale going on and because of her kindness I was able to get a pair of Hunter boots and socks for $150. I could not be more thrilled with the whole experience. “When I went to the store to pick up a product worth over $1,500 for my husband, it arrived with a large scratch. When I pointed out the scratch to Alex, the person who helped me, he acted it wasn't a big deal and told me to return it if I didn't like it. His attitude was rude and made me upset. He acted as if I got what I paid for as soon as I pointed out the scratch and didn't even apologize or feel sorry for the damage. Is $1,500 worthless to him? It made me wonder if he treated me this way because I purchased something on sale. I agree that it was a good deal because the original price was over $3,100; however, who wants something with a scratch in the first place? He showed me a disrespectful attitude in other ways as well. To cut a long story short, if he had calmly explained what might have happened and been compassionate about how I felt about what I'd been waiting for, I might have considered getting it satisfied even if it wasn't in the best condition, but his disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour enraged me so much that I couldn't help but file an official complaint. On the other hand, Zendrew, the manager, demonstrated the best example of good service. I felt respected. His professional problem-solving ability and pleasant demeanour made me feel a little better. Isn't it all about the attitude?”
