“I just came out of this store and apparently no one is making sure things are in the correct place. They had some sweatpants that were hanging on the rack that said they were$19.99. Imagine my surprise when I was charged $39.99 and when I mentioned it the young man Quadir said that they were on the wrong rack. I said that's not my problem it said $19.99, and he said there was nothing he could do and has to charge me $39.99. Needless to say I had him take them off my bill and just paid for my shirts and left. But before I left another employee Dee had some smart stuff to say out of her mouth. The young man was very professional but Dee was not. I will not be returning to this store.”

“Went shopping Saturday for my daughters back to school necessities. When arriving home we realized we had left an entire bag of stuff we got either in the cart or at the register . I called to speak with someone and was connected to Dee in customer service . She was so patient and willing to help ! She went through and checked the register lanes and carts to let me know it was not found however to come in and speak to guest services to have the items replaced. When returning on Sunday i was delighted to see that Dee was the one there helping with returns and exchanges . She took me and explained everything and assisted in fixing what had happened. She went above and beyond and really made our stress go away completely! She made the process smooth and quick! She is such an asset to Target and had the best customer experience I’ve experienced in the many times i visit !! Thank you Dee for all you did and you really are the best!!!!!!”

“I needed good quality pants for work. So a co-worker recommended this store. The lady who helped me was great. She showed me the different types of black pants available. There was a fitting area so I could try on the pants which was good, being that not all pant sizes fit me the same. They offer to hem the pants which only took about 20-25 minutes and text me when they were ready for pickup. I would return and recommend this place.”

“So disappointed. I know Ross has a reputation for being messy but, up until this point, I can’t say that I encountered rude employees. There is a Young man who always works at night and a older man who might be a stocker who works at night and a couple female employees that are absolutely lovely. On this particular night. There were three females working, and they were absolutely ignorant and rude. I guess they thought they were going to close the store early, so when I showed up 45 minutes before they were supposed to close, they were visibly angry. The cashier was so angry, when she was taking a security tag off a garment I was trying to purchase she ripped it and still tried to get me to pay for it. If these three ladies are a permanent fixture at Ross, I will never- ever shop there again. I will tell everyone who will listen, do not shop here. That’s how bad of an experience this was. These days you would think source would do anything to keep their clientele. Brick and mortar stores are becoming less and less, Now I see why. I get to pick how I spend my money and where why would I choose to be greeted and treated like that when I can just shop from the comfort of my own home with zero attitude And hostility.”

The customer service is impeccable and we have appreciated the attention to detail with the fittings. We cannot wait to pick up everything, and have him wear to the first event! Thank you!”

“Awesome store with unique one of a kind items. The clothes and Pittsburgh sayings/phrases aren’t so over the top like you’ll see in other Pittsburgh stores. It’s also very reasonably priced. I got my son a onesie and sweet stickers for out of town friends who love the Burgh. Also the music playing was great! Would shop there again!”

“The beer and bar are great place to visit. Have good variety of beers. And there are some unique collection. I personally asked some German biers which are actually not available at this store but impressed with the wide variety of beer collections. The store helper/owner is friendly and we asked for their suggestions to us, and I really liked his choice for us. The beer we tried is good and smooth. The place is quite small but really enjoyed walking around and especially the vintage look and the antique themed bar section.”

“I have been to this location twice trying to match my son's existing suits to the groomsmen suits for an upcoming destination wedding. An older gentleman "helped" me and pointed out a suit that was and I quote "in the color family" but he did not make an attempt to pull the actual suit to let me compare colors. When I compared my son's suits to the one this man showed me, the color was way off. So I ordered 5 different suits off of Amazon to try to match it up. I went back a 2nd time and the new suits I ordered matched with the one this guy showed me.. I sent the picture to the bride and she stated that wasn't there color the guys had picked out. I asked the man again before I left the 2nd time if that was the actual color and he confirmed his original statement. Luckily I was able to go to a different Men's Wearhouse location and was shown the actual suit. Turns out the existing suits I have matched almost perfectly. So now I have 5 returns to make to Amazon and had to trek out of my way to get a straight answer from someone else. The older gentleman should do his job properly and put a but of effort into helping customers. He could have really messed up this couple's pictures/wedding day just because he decided to be lazy. There were no other customers in the store when I went either time, so it wasn't like he was super busy. I will never go to this location again and if you want to make sure things are done correctly, you would also make the trek somewhere else.
