“Left me bootless. Was told the boa lace system could be replaced by redwing if it were to ever break. It broke, and they are pushing the responsibility of warranty through boa on me. Part not in stock, and no timeline on when it will be. No effort in finding a resolve or getting me into a new pair of boots, no sorry, not even a discount on a new pair. It's a shame to have to find a new place to buy boots after wearing the brand for a decade.”
