“Checked on line for a pair of children’s sorel boots that said they were in stock, in the store. Website said there was 2 pairs in the size we needed. Kids section was in complete disarray. Couldn’t find the boots and was told they didn’t have them in stock even though the website claimed they did. What’s worse is they checked their store inventory levels said they should have 2 pairs in stock. Brutal. Waste of time”

“One of the best experiences I have had for a long time. Customer Service from Brook, Revon and Daniel was amazing. I brought my Senior parent with me and they treated her with patience and kindness, making her feel special and that she was being heard. They didn't rush her and allowed her to take the time needed. The manager of this store should hold onto all three of them tightly.”
