“I showed up today, nervously walked in after getting horrible service from Reliable Gun 10 minutes prior. It was my first time trying to purchase a firearm as I am recently licensed, I met a gentleman name Scott who was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all my stupid noob questions, showed me a variety of firearms, and told me what he liked and how he would set it up. I knew a few things I wanted, as I recently shot a few of my friends firearms, he explained each thing in detail, was never pushy, and you could tell he was very passionate about what he did. I walked out of there feeling very good, I spent about $2200 on a firearm, and everything that you'd need to go with it, and I was happy to do so. I am looking forward to supporting this business further in the future (likely sooner than what I want) thanks to Scott's great customer service. Side note - avoid reliable gun, I posted a review about my negative experience there today.”

“When I went to the store to pick up a product worth over $1,500 for my husband, it arrived with a large scratch. When I pointed out the scratch to Alex, the person who helped me, he acted it wasn't a big deal and told me to return it if I didn't like it. His attitude was rude and made me upset. He acted as if I got what I paid for as soon as I pointed out the scratch and didn't even apologize or feel sorry for the damage. Is $1,500 worthless to him? It made me wonder if he treated me this way because I purchased something on sale. I agree that it was a good deal because the original price was over $3,100; however, who wants something with a scratch in the first place? He showed me a disrespectful attitude in other ways as well. To cut a long story short, if he had calmly explained what might have happened and been compassionate about how I felt about what I'd been waiting for, I might have considered getting it satisfied even if it wasn't in the best condition, but his disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour enraged me so much that I couldn't help but file an official complaint. On the other hand, Zendrew, the manager, demonstrated the best example of good service. I felt respected. His professional problem-solving ability and pleasant demeanour made me feel a little better. Isn't it all about the attitude?”

“This store closed August 19th with a note stating they closed to keep people and community safe. I understand you have to look after your colleagues and be there for them. But when people get evacuated, they leave with literally nothing. I couldn’t even get back to my house! And I really need some clothing. So, I feel this explanation is a bit of a farce and I am deeply disappointed by Lululemon for doing that. There are better ways to do this like shortening hours, stating when they would open again, have a reduced schedule, or scale down operation to be able to operate with less staff, offer additional benefits to your staff such as daily allowance if you are evacuated, help finding additional accommodation for your staff etc. also to note is that this area is not on evacuation alert currently or even an evacuation order. Disappointing. I expected much better judgment from a company like Lululemon. Also Lululemon prides itself to be integrated in the local community, to be a hub for the community, but this action shows the exact opposite. Sad.”

If it doesn’t good luck For the price of the product, they have one of the least helpful customer service. Typically, you can cancel an order within 1h or 24h of purchase. I made a mistake in my order and immediately wanted to cancel the order but was informed after reading FAQ that I must email customer service. I did that immediately and heard back 2 days later being informed that I am only eligible for a gift card although the item was not shipped. I emailed again and have not heard back.”
