“I am so satisfied with my experience here! I needed polo shirts embroidered with our company logo in under two weeks for an important meeting. A couple places I called said they could not do that in that time frame, and a couple places I called didn't even pick up. From the moment I called Chicago Uniform Company, everything went very smoothly. Uly and Tyler from the embroidery department were super helpful and friendly, they did an awesome job of explaining how everything would work including the logo digitizing process. Then when I came into the store with my polo shirts to get them embroidered, Roger was super professional and straightforward. We looked over the logo together, and he made sure I was happy with the colors and sizing before getting started. My 4 shirts were done in about 30 minutes. Roger encouraged me to look over every one and make sure that it matched my standards, he even fixed a stray thread that I spotted. The whole process was great. Overall, I'm very happy that I went with Chicago Uniform Company to complete the embroidery process before the deadline. My bosses were super pleased with their polo shirts, and we will be returning when we are ready to get more shirts for the team in the future.”

Finally last weekend for my Birthday I went in to get my birthday outfit together. This place did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were super accommodating ensuring to find the right boots for me and my friend. They took the time to not only inform us of the boots but also their care and how to put them on with the least amount of strain on the back. My friend was able to get his boots on sale for a good deal. Was also to pick up a hat on sale myself. Truly a neighborhood institution and world class customer service. I will definitely be back!”

“Casey's is a true hometown grocery store. It feels like what it is - a small locally run business. The prices may be a bit higher than a big box chain, but this is the type of business that binds the community, and that is the value of shopping here. The meats are high quality and fresh. The prepared meals are fairly priced. They sell a little bit of everything and are constantly restocking the shelves. For many years they have put every effort into supporting local schools, groups & events, and I am appreciative of the help they've given my school. A rare business in today's times. “This store is awful. Yesterday, I needed a sun balloon to celebrate my daughter. Saw it online at this location, added it in my cart, but decided it would work best for my work schedule not to wait for the 2 hr pick-up. I took time out of work to rush over there and the girl with dark black hair told me that "if it's not on the wall, then we don't have it." I then asked why would I be able to order it online then? She said that once I do checkout online, it shouldn't allow me to pay. Man, she couldn't be more wrong. I left really upset as I was completely empty handed, took time out of work & needed to rush back, and was worried my daughter's celebration was ruined. When I got home, I WAS able to process the order. Waited to see if I was going to receive a call that the balloon was indeed out of stock, but never did. Once the order was ready, I had to ask my husband if he can take time out of his work to pick it up, as I already wasted 45 min going there the first time. If this employee would have just taken two minutes to actually look for this item, instead of giving me an answer just to get rid of me, then she would've been doing her job. What a concept. Also, there were upper management there as well, complaining about a former disgruntled staff member, an employee who was a no-show, having to turn the place around, and buying 7 pairs of scissors that are now missing. If you would emphasize the importance of excellent customer service; hire employees who actually want to work, are self-motivate, and who take pride in themselves and the company; and exemplify professionalism yourself; then maybe, you guys would still have a thriving business instead of the looming threat of going under. And word of advice, maybe take your leadership meeting in the back room. Customers do have ears.”
