“This is a flagship LCBO regarding inventory. The booze, beer, wine and cider selection at this location is top tier. The store has a simple layout and a non-jump-the-line style checkout. Every LCBO should have a queue bollard and rope check out like this shop has. In fact, it should be policy on all new store builds and retrofits. Any who, this joint is easy to shop, well lit and packs much for limited square footage. The employees are hot and cold but that's retail for you. Use Google maps to help you avoid the peak times as the line up can be long. Even still, you won't get stuck in there, they hustle when required. This shop is particularly good with holiday gifts and packaging. Like any retail shop, avoid it during peak shopping times to maintain your sanity. Cheers.”

“I love this place. Honestly they have so much selection and the quality is fantastic but, more importantly; their customer service is beyond amazing! In the past 3 months I have gotten Uggs and Adidas shoes for my son, my husband got a pair of Columbia boots and I got a pair of new balance runners - all at fantastic prices! Today I went in searching for a waterproof boot that would also keep my foot warm. After looking around for a bit I was helped by the kindest lady (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) and she referred me to the Hunter boots. I normally wouldn’t have tried them on because I assumed they were not adjustable and wouldn’t fit my calf. But I was wrong! She showed me multiple pairs, all that were adjustable. She informed me that they had a sale going on and because of her kindness I was able to get a pair of Hunter boots and socks for $150. I could not be more thrilled with the whole experience. “Terrible online ordering and customer service experience! I ordered a 4 pack of Nuun electrolyte tablets to pick up in store. Got home with the box, opened the package to discover that 2 of the 4 tubes were not in the box! Called the store, and had to talk to 4 different people and spent 30 minutes to figure out what was going on. I was told finally that they "couldn't find" the other 2 tubes, but filled the order anyway and charged me for the 4 pack, plus wasted my time to go and get the product. They will refund me for the other tubes in 2 to 3 business days. When I spoke to a manager to complain, they said they had "no control" over how orders are fulfilled and that I needed to speak with someone else. So ridiculous. Won't be ordering from them ever again. Update: Waited the 3 business days, then one more...still no refund. Called the store. They in fact CANNOT refund me for 2 of the tubes due to the fact that the tubes came in a pack of 4. So they lied to me...And hoped maybe I'd forget? Now I have to physically return to the store to get the 2 tubes they should have given me to begin with. HUGE waste of my time. Never will I give them my business again!”

“I don’t tend to ever write reviews but feel as though this is warranted after spending the last 2 hours on the phone with what could had been an easily solvable fix. Called this location for a product I had heard was available, asked if they could ship to another closer location, they couldn’t and could only ship directly to home. No prob. They have a “new” policy where they don’t take credit card numbers to ship and only can via their gift card program. Fine sure whatever. I make sure to get a quoted amount for the product so that I can buy the gift card for it specifically. Was quoted that $50 would be suffice and cover $6 delivery fee. Hang up and will call the store back with this info once complete. Card purchased for $50, call back the store to which the price has no changed to like $51.96 (tax). I say I was quoted under that and that my card is only for $50 - had they taken credit cards no problem but now that I have to go back and have to purchase another gift card is ridiculous. I ask if they can make an exception based on the error of the rep who took the call but they won’t assist. So I have this gift card now I no longer require and out the $. Their customer service is nonsense (at this store) and have no idea how to diffuse and rectify an easy solve.”

I’m assuming that it’s normal to pay over $150 for a woman’s golf top but too pricy for me especially without a known brand on the label. If it was a designer brand then I’d be more willing to pay. I do have to say that the wide selection of clubs for every size and age really is great.”
