“Made a trip from Northern Kentucky to their showroom today because I’ve heard great things about their website and the buying experience. (I’ve browsed it several times) James and Nash are both fantastic and very helpful. As a new knife enthusiast, I had many questions and was very indecisive, and they were very patient with me and shared a lot of very useful and valuable knowledge. I finally decided on this Reate Iron in titanium with micarta inlay from their consignment counter. Both gentleman inspected it with me to make the purchase of a pre owned knife much more comfortable as my inexperienced eye wasn’t sure what to look for. I will be doing business with them for the foreseeable future and will recommend my friends and family to them too. With REC only being a couple hours away, it makes for a good day trip and makes the prospect of buying from online retailers (REC excluded, obviously) irrelevant due to the relatively short distance. Thank you REC for a great shopping experience!”

“Do not buy any electronics from this store, you will not be allowed to return the item even though their policy states you can.(See picture) I opened the box for a Samsung television to find out the remote and power supply was missing. I called immediately and was told by the manager (Jennifer Slymczak) that I would need to contact the manufacturer myself. After some discussion back and forth, she said to come to the store and they would give me one. I tried to argue the return policy and said I wanted a different television, not my money back, because someone must have already opened this one. The answer was no! The next day I returned with the television in ALL it's original packaging minus the two plastic straps that held the bottom and top together hoping to exchange it. Now the receipt says nothing about being opened, just in it's original packaging, which it was. The answer was still no and she went in the back and came out with both items needed in a sealed package. (See Picture) So they must have opened another television box to provide me with what I needed or do they have these just laying around to hand out? What happens to the box they opened, restrap the box it and sell it when they get a new one from the manufacturer? Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Sam's would have exchanged the item with little issue. I just felt like they were calling me a liar and didn't believe me. They have the market cornered when it comes to Vets wanting a place to shop since the nearest one would be AAFES in Dayton. I put my time in and retired only to be treated like this. We have shopped here since 2004 and to this point I would have rated them 4 but I never tried to return anything either. Joseph DeWItt”

“Was here from out of town. Staff was helpful and friendly. Store was well kept and neat. This is a bigger store than we are use to seeing in east Tennessee. Manager seen us walking the isles and asked if we needed help. She took the time to make sure we were able to find all we needed and even pointed out some clearance items. A++ "Doing things right" thank you for making our dreaded shopping trip a little less stressful.”
