“I was in there yesterday and got great service by two female sales associates. One of them, Gladys, was especially attentive in the fitting room and dug around in the back for diff sizes a few times when I wanted to try diff fits. I will say, they don’t have many colors and they don’t have much in the smaller+taller sizes which was a little disappointing. I’ve remembered having easier luck in other locations at other times so not sure if this is a location-specific thing or a corporate styling thing. Taller girls don’t wanna wear squatters necessarily!!”

“Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service team. I've bought on line but never made the trip down to the Flatiron District to visit the store. Made me laugh that the security camera at street level is placed too high for the typical PMNYC clientele. The guys figured out the proper sizing for me right away, in a way that's not immediately obvious when you buy online. The clothing is very high quality and exactly my style. Over time, I plan on replacing my entire wardrobe with PMNYC stuff (really!).”
