“I showed up today, nervously walked in after getting horrible service from Reliable Gun 10 minutes prior. It was my first time trying to purchase a firearm as I am recently licensed, I met a gentleman name Scott who was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all my stupid noob questions, showed me a variety of firearms, and told me what he liked and how he would set it up. I knew a few things I wanted, as I recently shot a few of my friends firearms, he explained each thing in detail, was never pushy, and you could tell he was very passionate about what he did. I walked out of there feeling very good, I spent about $2200 on a firearm, and everything that you'd need to go with it, and I was happy to do so. I am looking forward to supporting this business further in the future (likely sooner than what I want) thanks to Scott's great customer service. Side note - avoid reliable gun, I posted a review about my negative experience there today.”

“When I went to the store to pick up a product worth over $1,500 for my husband, it arrived with a large scratch. When I pointed out the scratch to Alex, the person who helped me, he acted it wasn't a big deal and told me to return it if I didn't like it. His attitude was rude and made me upset. He acted as if I got what I paid for as soon as I pointed out the scratch and didn't even apologize or feel sorry for the damage. Is $1,500 worthless to him? It made me wonder if he treated me this way because I purchased something on sale. I agree that it was a good deal because the original price was over $3,100; however, who wants something with a scratch in the first place? He showed me a disrespectful attitude in other ways as well. To cut a long story short, if he had calmly explained what might have happened and been compassionate about how I felt about what I'd been waiting for, I might have considered getting it satisfied even if it wasn't in the best condition, but his disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour enraged me so much that I couldn't help but file an official complaint. On the other hand, Zendrew, the manager, demonstrated the best example of good service. I felt respected. His professional problem-solving ability and pleasant demeanour made me feel a little better. Isn't it all about the attitude?”

“This place has pretty large space and lots of stuffs. I didn’t get anything from here since most of them appeared just okay. The clothes looked a bit old-fashioned. Glassware seemed nice. Bowls from ikea had scratches but prices were pretty great if you don’t mind that.”

“!!Caution that this company has limited refund policy, poor customer service, and fit runs large!! If it works great. If it doesn’t good luck For the price of the product, they have one of the least helpful customer service. Typically, you can cancel an order within 1h or 24h of purchase. I made a mistake in my order and immediately wanted to cancel the order but was informed after reading FAQ that I must email customer service. I did that immediately and heard back 2 days later being informed that I am only eligible for a gift card although the item was not shipped. I emailed again and have not heard back.”

“I would give a zero star if they have the opinion. I was there today to get my online order returned which size is not fit. I don’t know their name but there is one Philippine guy was really rude and his manager who is an Indian lady, they spoke to me with impolite and unfriendly language and with no patience. They don’t care about customer’s satisfaction. Make you feel it’s a shame thing to return item. Really frustrating. If these employee work there whatever how good their products are, I won’t buy. I don’t recommend people shop at this location. I have no issue to return with their others. They need to learn what is respect then starting making sales.”
