They have a cafe as well to get some drinks. Even they have a video game too to play a football game. I think it is slightly bigger than their store in Manchester; been there several times as well, and I love both of them!”

Think some of the staff in there need some training if I'm honest. The queue at the till is extremely slow and forever long.”

“I usually have a good experience at this shop but just a little earlier I went to pay for my stuff with a Sales assistant (with a durag on) and he started to make a fuss when I wanted to pay by card saying, “you know you could’ve used one of the self checkouts” which I responded politely saying that I already did and there’s a really long queue. He was then like “yeah but still” with full on attitude. I’m not being funny but during Christmas time when everyone’s racing around a bit more, you can at least have some decency to still speak to customers politely. I’ve worked in the same position before and would never give customers attitude for something so minor, it’s absolutely pathetic!”

He even offered to take a few photos. Unfortunately you didn't have the style I wanted and didn't end up buying anything but appreciated the attention and professionalism which is much better than in your competitor's store ( a few units away).”
