Adam was patient and knowledgeable and as I know enough about the process. I left there with a fitted suit and a great pair of shoes which looked terrific on the day. I rarely feel compelled to write reviews but my visit there was a great experience. I'll definitely go back.”

“Walked in and was stood there and despite this the staff ignored me and then went to tend to 2 separate men who came into the shop after me. Just walked around and then left as no one to look after me and sell me whisky, despite there being 3 staff and 2 of them free. I recommend to tend to all your customers regardless of them being men, women or young or old! I will not be shopping with you and will take my custom elsewhere.”

“Amazing Service from Chris at Moss Bros Manchester. Took the time to give us every bit of style advice on how to dress for our occasion. Fitted the suits perfectly and searched through all the stores options to match the fit. If we needed the suits the next day delivery, the could be ordered! We ended up buying 3 full suits, shirts, ties and shoes! They gave everything you need and are very attentive. Would highly recommend Chris again 5 star service experience!”
