Calle Alejandro Alonso Pena, 1, 28400 Collado Villalba, Madrid, Spain
“One of our fave places in Villalba. If not theee fave. Great food, wonderful service. It’s our go-to.”
C. del Montseny, 13, Local 2, Gracia, 08012 Barcelona, Spain
“The food is varied and yet it's all made fantastically well, every time we visit. The value for money on the steak is especially excellent. The cocktails are both delicious and eye catching. Everyone working there is lovely. Definitely get the tropical ceviche.”
C. de Juan de Austria, 25, Chamberí, 28010 Madrid, Spain
“The things ordered: duck-dog, guanche-dog and the brownie. Hands down the best couple of hotdogs I’ve had in Madrid. The sauce they have (the original and a slightly spicier one), the crispy fries, and the brownie sent me straight to heaven forreal. I was pretty much on all fours after those couple of dishes. It’s a combo of a brownie and a coulant, so it was hot and served next to some scoops of icecream (vanilla or dulce de leche I think?) great environment, great food and people. Highly recommend trying!!”
Calle de Zurbano, 59, Chamberí, 28010 Madrid, Spain
“Just wow. The bone marrow and the dumplings were brilliant. Our waitress Anna was very knowledgeable and friendly and able to guide us through the best choices and advise accordingly. Highly recommended! Congratulations”
Carrer de Joaquín Navarro, 26, Jesús, 46017 València, Valencia, Spain
“The squid and patatas bravas are the best in Valencia! The place is old and authentic. Excellent wines! The food is really amazing - a few simple things prepared with care and made delicious! Already have tried also boquerones fritos, gambitas, ensaladilla - everything is fresh, spectacular!”
C. de Mira el Sol, 23, Centro, 28005 Madrid, Spain

Carrer José Canalejas, 2, 12530 Borriana, Castelló, Spain
“Very cool staff. Food the best.”
C/ de Còrsega, 244, L'Eixample, 08036 Barcelona, Spain
“Mexican place with tasty food and friendly service. The birria quesadillas were finger licking great, the consommé was delightful and the actual quesadillas themselves were so good. We’ve had a few versions of birria in the city and we have to say this is our favorite! We also tried the pollo cresta colorada, which was a perfectly cooked roasted chicken, full of flavor, not too fatty and just yummy. This place doesn’t have menu del dia but prices of mains are affordable, we will be back! If it helps, they also seem to be dog-friendly!”
C. Bazán, 55, 03001 Alicante, Spain
“Really delicious vegan food. The Mexican and Japanese burgers were amazing. Burgers were 11€, but come with no fries. You'll Need to book your tables in advance if planning to be there at 9pm (all tables were reserved from that time on a Saturday night). All menu items are/can be made Vegan. Service was Very kind, with little to no English. Lots of craft beer as well. No ciders, something to consider in the future ;)”
C. Vea Murguía, 13, 11003 Cádiz, Spain
“While browsing through the centre of Cadiz we decided to have a light lunch. We found Santa Catarina on Google maps and we wanted to give it a try and we were not disappointed! The service was great from the moment we entered the restaurant! The menu is very clear so you can easily familiarise yourself with available food the restaurant has to offer (written in Spanish/English). Food was very fresh and tasty. Would definitely revisit and recommend to others while in Cádiz. Gracias 🇲🇽”
A Bar Maceira, Avenida de Sanguiñeda, 101, 36419 O Porriño, Pontevedra, Spain
“We came here because we are staying in a casa rural close by. I don't eat meat but my husband does. We ordered the hamburgers and both of us really enjoyed our meals. Friendly, good prices and ans good food. Thank you.”
C. de Mauricio Ravel, 4, Chamartín, 28046 Madrid, Spain
“There was another review that described it perfectly; the only thing that was good about the food was its presentation. We got the flautas and enchiladas, in both the chicken was so incredibly dry and tasteless that the salsa couldn’t even help with either. The margaritas were made with bad quality tequila and served with zero ice. We were really surprised by how bad everything was considering its high reviews. Won’t be going here ever again!”
Calle Dr. Celestino Cobiella Zaera, 2, Bajos puerto palace, 38400 Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain
“Best place I’ve ever eaten. It is so relaxed, lovely music, food is to die for, never in my life have I tasted so good Mexican food, visit this place if you ever are in Tenerife, we been here twice so far, on our stay”
C. de Barbieri, 13, Centro, 28004 Madrid, Spain
“So surprisingly good!! Owner told us this is a typical southern Spanish style sandwich on the grill (or I could be totally wrong), and I loved every bite of it!! The bread was pillowy I could sleep on it, yet it’s got a crunch, the filling was also quite filling!! They have a wide range of options, so don’t skip this place if you are out for a night of drinking and suddenly need to eat👌🏼”
Av. del Pintor Joaquín Sorolla, 45, Málaga-Este, 29016 Málaga, Spain
“This is the most amazing restaurant in Malaga. Authentic Spanish cuisine of the highest quality and very professional service. We look forward to our next visit to Malaga to return to Restaurant Maria Vern & Calli Lange Canada”
Carrer de la Cort Reial, 1, 17004 Girona, Spain
“Great experience all round. Top service, great food and a very nice space to enjoy a meal.”
C. Poeta Quintana, 20, 03004 Alacant, Alicante, Spain
“I must say, first time we ate there I wasn't overwhelmed, maybe because I have difficulty with the concept of eating food with my hands. The food however was very good. Crafted in a small kitchen, the chef produces small flavour bombs that make you wonder if meat was ever needed. The second time around, we stumbled in on a Saturday for lunch and the only place was at the bar near the window. After some hesitation I said yes and there we were, last day and one more great vegetarian meal. The ravioli was very tasteful, same as the empanada. The Thai salad was good, but the real cherry on the pie was the eggplant with tomato and cheese. 100% recommendation for this small restaurant with friendly staff.”
C. Isla Verde, 2, 29680 Estepona, Málaga, Spain
“Food was excellent. We had a mixture of Indian and Mexican. Service was efficient and atmosphere was welcoming. We would highly recommend it.”
Barranco La Arena 53, Dehesa Baja, 38300 La Orotava, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain
“We have followed Haydée restaurant since its opening days and its progression has been impressive. Now that their hard work has finally been rewarded with a Michelin star, the only one in the north of Tenerife, we wanted to put it to the test and enjoy New Year’s Eve with chef Victor Suárez and his team. It certainly didn’t disappoint! Victor’s distinct personality was present in every dish. He combines traditional ingredients and recipes from the Canaries (especially from La Gomera where his family is originally from) with novel and exciting flavours and textures. That evening Victor presented us with a great selection of his signature dishes. The excellent homemade breads were accompanied by a selection of different butters, with a special mention to the gofio-flavoured one, and Caviar from La Gomera, a rare delicacy beautifully presented in a piece of crockery representing the old harbour of Hermigua. It was followed by a trio of appetisers which included a spectacular beef broth and a surprising combination of shrimp and crispy chicken skin. Moving on to the main dishes, it is very difficult to choose which one to talk about, but the surf and turf style Gillardeau Oyster was a great beginning. From here onwards the experience went in crescendo: the scarlet shrimp flan, the smoked eel, the traditional barbilla wheat with horn of plenty mushrooms that merged contrasting textures to enhance its flavour… and finally, the principal fish and meat dishes: a virrey with a spectacular mojo accompaniment which merges the most characteristic flavours of Canarian cuisine, and the amazingly tender cabrito embarrado. The wine we were recommend, Bimbache from El Hierro, was a great choice that truly enhanced the experience. There was still room for desserts: an unexpected “plátano canario” and the most incredible and subtle combination of pumpkin and truffle, so unusual in desserts. And finally, to round up this spectacular evening, the actual New Year celebrations were accompanied with a great selection of artisan turrones and the traditional cotillón and uvas de la suerte to welcome 2024 with the other guests and the entire team of Haydée. We cannot but whole-heartedly recommend Restaurante Haydée with its newly awarded and very much deserved Michelin star! Congratulations to Víctor Suárez and all his team!”
