They didn't have enough menus and the waiter didn't even know the specials. We waited 30 minutes to get a drink order in and an hour before one of us ate. The fish and shrimp tacos were poorly dressed with no flavour and the chorizo on the nachos were cold. Such potential in the new space so hope they can turn it around.”

“Wow! I conduct work at the Shell Waterton Gas Plant and decided to take a little detour to Twin Butte General Store as I heard the food was good there. Well let me tell you "good" is an understatement! I ordered the Beef Dip, thinking it would be thinly sliced roast beef, naa naa, naa, it was 1/2" thick smoked brisket on a fresh chicada bun with melted cheese and onion with a garden fresh salad smothered in grated cheddar cheese. I was glad they served it cut in half, It was a hefty portion so I wrapped up the other half and took it home. All around awesome food and great staff and service....Thanks Carla!!!”

Some of the seats are church pews which we thought was kind of cool. We love festive the decor. The old furniture, disorganized look and menus that look like they've been crumpled and straightened back up again 1000 times give it that extra authentic feel like you're in an American movie depiction of what Mexico is like 😂 However, none of that matters at all because the tacos are wonderful. Great sauces, perfectly cooked and seasoned meat, just the right size to try many different ones. Great food, great drinks, great time - will return.”

“This place has great service and friendly staff, the cashier even brought us waters to the table even though it’s a fast place. The food is interesting but not bad. They had plenty of vegetarian options; there was at least one vegetarian option in each section. The tofu is sweet though, it’s the same type used for inari. I think the burrito & bowl would have been better with a different type of tofu. The quesadilla was fine but I couldn’t really taste the kimchi, and it has mushrooms too which was interesting but not bad really.”

Be sure to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance if not further. Pretty much as soon as you know that's where you want to do dinner in the future, call. It's a small space and because they are amazing at what they do it fills up quickly!”
