“I always have a fabulous time at Checos and this time was no exception. The food was delicious as always, I didn’t take too many pictures of the meals because we dug in as soon as they started arriving. However dee below for the burrata and bravas dish. It was a pretty busy night but we didn’t have a long wait for food. Collectively the table ordered corn chips, potatoes bravas, fried calamari, pork belly, corn ribs, burrata, and the chicken, fish, soft shell crab, beef and pork tacos. We did not order dessert as we were stuffed- but am keen on it next time. Honestly not a single negative thing to say about the food. Prices were reasonable too. Cocktails are equally delicious. While at times it was super loud in the restaurant that we couldn’t hear each other, it settled down just as quickly. Highly recommend this venue for your next night out.”

“I checked out Corridor recently to try the Delivermefood special, which was a double beef and poutine burger. The chef also recommended the kiwi pineapple hot wings which were an awesome share plate option. The cocktail list was extensive and creative, and the standout for us was the Inner West Side which came recommended by the friendly bar staff. It is perfect for someone who likes their cocktails on the sour side! The bar has a cool grunge vibe and has an open rooftop space which is perfect for a chill catch up with mates.”

“Mixed feelings about Packsaddle Roadhouse. We went there last Monday & they were very accommodating, polite and even made sure our dogs had water. Food was hot & served up quickly so it was a 5 star experience. Decided to stop there on the way back on the following day (which happened to be Melbourne Cup day in Victoria) but appeared only to be catering for locals. Stood at the bar for a while waiting patiently to be served as they were having what I thought were family photos taken so didn't interrupt. We were just after a hamburger & steak sandwich but were told they're not doing those but could do toasties. Not what we wanted. Our experience on that day was the polar opposite of the previous day so I can only really rate our overall experience 3 stars.”

“Had a lovely date at Don Pedros. The cute balcony overlooked Bondi Beach, we were lucky enough to catch the rainbow, and we watched the sunset as we had our delicious and good serving cocktails and dinner. We tried a variety of dishes. We walked in and were able to be seated. The staff were friendly and really helpful of suggestions of cocktails and food. I look forward to returning to try more.”

“Reef restaurant is a beautiful waterfront venue. If you can't get window table then you are missing out big time. We did not get it. Service a bit slow, forgetful. We ordered our drinks, but the host forgot to order. We sat for 10-15 minutes with our menus closed, ready to order. Unfortunately, at 12:15 they already ran out of the lobster special dish. Maybe we were lucky, because table next to us got their lobster and complained about it. Getting a replacement dish. They were extremely unhappy with multiple staff attending to that table. We received our drinks late, but the food was delivered timely. Seared scallops were a highlight. Oysters were nice, fresh. Duck breast main course was good, with excellent sauce and all ingredients on the plate. Fish of the day served with bug also good. I would come back only if we can seat by the window, because the view is amasing.”

“On multiple occasions I’ve seen girls wearing their hair out whilst working. On this occasion I bought Mad Mex via DoorDash and to my disgust there were multiple strands of hair in my food. This was bound to happen at some point. But this is disgusting and poor health regulations from managers on shift.”

“As we walked up we could tell this meal was going to be amazing; Arrived just after 5 to live music, absolutely roaring it was great. Sat down with the family for a meal, great service by the staff as we watched the tennis. The fish was absolutely fantastic, not a complaint to find with the whole restaurant. “Loved my dinner here! The staff were super friendly and helpful when I couldnt make up my mind on what to order. Super patient in explaining some of the dishes I hadn’t heard of before! The food was delicious; traditional Mexican dishes with a twist on flavours! I loved the Fresas con Crema dessert and the Tres Leches was pretty interesting. The venue at night is quite dim though which made for great atmosphere for a chilled date night :) Definitely recommend!”

“Quite a disappointing experience at Fonda. Bland food that’s not worth the high price. The guacamole was just mashed avocado and the nachos tasted stale. The service was ok, the staff were polite when they brought the food out. Overall there was little interaction with staff because food and drinks ordered via an app. The app is convenient though. Not recommended for authentic Mexican cuisine. I’d suggest exploring other options for better value and taste.”
