“I got the surf and turf and the steak was cooked very well. The rice was well seasoned and it was an altogether well put excellent meal. I came back the next day and armed with the knowledge that the kitchen was good, i tried the chicken mole. Mole in my opinion can be either good or horrifically bad because the ingredients involved can vary so much so I'm not adventurous with trying it normally but I had some faith after the tierra y mar dish. I'm so glad I did. It was exceptionally good and I'm going to venture out and say this is the best mole I've ever had. The sauce was perfect and the chicken was tender. If I come back to this area I'm definitely coming back to try more of the menu.”

I came in due to the posts we saw on their IG about table made guacamole, and a few other items but unfortunately everything i saw online was not being offered when we visited. Presentation of food and drinks was good. I loved the mango drink i had very delicious. However all the food was lacking flavor and the consistency of the rice was horrible way too mushy.”

“CASH ONLY! it's a nice restaurant with some good food. I ordered chicken tacos, a platter, a chicken burrito. The tacos were just okay because they don't have any sauce in it, felt dry. The platter was good it came with chicken, shrimp, beans, and rice. Everything on the platter tasted real good. The burrito was my favorite because it came with alot of chicken and was tasty. Anything extra you want like lime or sauce is extra money. I asked for some extra lime and they said 1 dollar per slice. Idk why they charge for sauce and lime. The atmosphere was well put together. Overall a cheap place with decent food. Would recommend to try but ofc there's better places close by.”

Nice and roast, enjoyable flavors, a great bite in a town ruled by chain restaurants. Got 3 tacos. 2 authentic street tacos and I specialty tacos. Pork was distracting salty..and greasy. The chorizo was so greasy it ruined the third tacos tortilla. Rice was wetter than I like yet some kernels were crunchy and totally uncooked. Beans were fine. Servers were great throughout the evening - attentive, friendly, and responsive.”

The drink didn't taste right..it was sour..The nachos..had hardly any queso on them..and a ton of Pico. The chips were not the same either..at one time their food was amazing..I asked the group I was with..if the food was the same as before..They all said NO..it wasn't as crowded as it use to be on Friday either..could have been the holiday weekend..”

“This was our first visit. When we entered, there was no one to greet or seat us. We were about to seat ourselves, when a gentleman appeared and showed us to a seat in the patio. This was a charming area tucked between two buildings. However, I think it would be difficult to get through there with a wheelchair without disturbing other diners. The metal chairs are very uncomfortable for a short person. I had to sit at the edge of my seat to eat. The server was very professional, but the service was slow. We ordered salmon and lamb chops. The food was very good, but pricey for a quick dinner out. One last thing, a couple of the servers were wearing t shirts with " The hotel" written on the front. On the back, one said something like, " only one drink away from the devil". The other said, " I only talk to God when I need a favor.". Why? We probably won't be back.”
