“This is my families new favorite Mexican Restaurant in the area. We went on Mothers day, just after noon. It was super busy! Service was a smidge slow, but I will honestly give them a pass. it was a holiday and RIGHT after lunch church rush. So I am not going to hold it against the woman serving us at all. The food was phenomenal and very fairly priced. The server had fantastic recommendations of what to get. We always try to find out what the servers think we should try, and sometimes that doesn't work! In this case, we couldn't be happier. Their steaks were very juicy and tender, the Sangria was amazing (we ended up getting 2!) Overall - very much worth trying. Contrary to the name, nothing I had burnt my mouth beyond recognition.”

“Met the wife for lunch, this place never disappoints. Nothing fancy, just good, fresh food with a quickness! I had the burger basket special, kind of small but excellent flavor! The wife had the beef and bean burrito smothered with green chili gravy. Better be hungry for that bad boy! I'll be back. Check them out!”

“I would recommend the enchilada meal. It was hot, big and very delicious. The people at the counter were excellent workers, very friendly, helped us make up our minds. I would definitely recommend eating here. My husband and I live here 6 months out of the year and we live in Arizona the other six so we know restaurants. If it has a good enchilada then it gets an A.”

“We hadn’t noticed this place before and decided to give it a try. We didn’t expect it to be packed and it was clearly a local favorite with plenty of seating. I ordered the chicken fried steak dinner, with their Mexican potatoes and onion rings, and I enjoyed it. Mrs. Flip Out had their coconut chicken and it was good. Little Flip Out enjoyed his hamburger and Littlest Flip Out enjoyed bites from everyone’s lunch.”

“I loved the food, it was hot, fresh and delicious. It really hit the spot. I didn't appreciate that the restrooms are only for customers. People need to use the restroom, they are human. I don't believe they should have to be able to pay to use a restroom for a normal human function. It's discriminatory at best.”

“The place is small, and cash only, but my shrimp dish was on point and NOT overcooked! The sauces feel homemade, and their table salsa is spicy for sure! I'd go there again to try something else. This lil place is a great value for the money, especially if on a budget!”

“Don't waste your time, people. This place has no customers appreciation. The restaurant was dirty and smells over the food. They are very unorganized for a little kitchen...all the meals are the same ingredients (if they have them) I ordered the shrimp taco salad (to go) 5 times and each time it was different. I told my boyfriend that I liked it after he told me he heard bad things about it, He broke down and let me order him soft tacos, and to my embarrassment, the taco meat was made with what tasted like store bought taco seasoning, and needless to say he got the worst case of heartburn, and he doesn't get heartburn often..anyway, I always tipped them $5 for my to-go order although I called my order in and only once was it ready. and they weren't busy, I grew up around that neighborhood and I often ordered to-go and was happy to have a place to eat close to my stomping grounds but now I wish they would not be there...and I will be warning anyone I know who wants to try something new, to try somewhere else..these people need to know that the citizens of ponca city deserve way better service than this. 0 on the food, 0 on the service, 0 on atmosphere...oh, the lady who is there sometimes could smile and make people's experience a little better, but seems to me that she doesn't really care..she seems miserable.”
