“Omg so good. Perfect way to start my visit in Austin. Excellent tacos. Wish I could’ve gone back to try more. Tacos were also really big! One was plenty which was great but also sad that I couldn’t try more haha. Salsas great too.”

“Fantastic little food truck court with lots of outdoor seating and a great overall vibe. I tried the “1 of each” deal on the tacos and they were excellent. Very authentic to Mexico City street taco style, and the variety of meats was interesting and all well done. Personally my favorites were the brisket, beef cheek and pig stomach. The salsas were very flavorful (the red is spicy!) and fresh. They have limited drinks for sale, but the food park is BYOB so you can bring in your own drinks if you want. Overall VERY good and we’ll definitely be back again soon!”

De Nada Cantina

4715 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78702, United States

“When Alison Roman said they had the best hard shell tacos in the country, I had to see that myself. The food here is another level, but the food is just one thing about this place. If you’re are looking for having a good night out with friends or a date, this is your spot. Drinks are amazing, specially their margs, prices are good, ambience is nice and the food will make your visit worth the wait line. Highly recommend if your around East Austin.”

4208 Menchaca Rd, Austin, TX 78704, United States

“Great Austin vibe type of area with multiple restaurants available. The bar is quick, and their drinks are great. Service was quick when accounting for how busy it was. The breakfast tacos are nothing to rave about, but their steak quesadillas and barbacoa tacos are out of this world. Generous portions of guacamole and sauces for the quesadilla and the barbacoa taco on corn tortilla are the best mouth feel tacos I've ever had. The flavors are amazing, and the sauces only enhance the dish. I highly recommend trying this place.”

“The food was great. The quality was there. Staff were friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Parking was the biggest issue, but if you don't mind walking a little bit, you'll be fine.”

“I went here on a rainy day and almost couldn’t find it. The sign to the building is not really that clear and on a dark day at night time you can miss it, so just pay attention. …”

Cruzteca Mexican Kitchen

5207 Brodie Ln #125, Austin, TX 78745, United States

“The authentic Mexican Mole Enchiladas were a little too sweet and creamy for me. The tacos and fajita nachos were good but nothing too special. The beverages and drinks were delicious but a little on the expensive side. This place is popular so a wait time is expected (20 minutes for 2 people around 6:30 on a friday). All in all a decent place, most likely won't visit again since the check was a little too pricey.”

Nonos Tacos

“I had high hopes based on the tacos looked, but they were good, not great. Did three breakfast tacos. Steak, bacon, and chorizo, all with egg on flour tortillas. First thing is that they are really cheap. About $2 per. The tortillas are always the key and these are just OK. Felt a little rubbery, although they are warmed up before serving. Not bad but any means, but just not great. Fillings are good for the money. More eggs would probably help the tortilla issue since you'd have a little more to counter balance there. Three and a half stars. Upgraded for friendly staff.”

Ramen Del Barrio

1700 W Parmer Ln Suite 100, Austin, TX 78727, United States

“Long line around noon, we waited about 15 mins to order and another 15-20 for our appetizer. The camaron tostada was flavorful and a great balance between sweet and spicy. After about 30-40 mins we got our entrees. The carnitas tonkotsu is a simple dish with a rich broth and sparse toppings. The cochinita tonkotsu has a creamy, cheesy broth with a generous amount of meat and toppings. Service was nice they just seemed overwhelmed and the cashier had to stop taking orders a lot to serve food.”

Rita's Mexican Restaurant

“Their chicken fajitas were AMAZING. The chicken enchiladas were also spot on. We told our waitress we had just gotten engaged and they stayed playing romantic music behind the counter and turned up the sweet parts. So Cute! We had a fantastic lunch. Make sure to ask for the green sauce with the chips, it's spicy and oh so good!”
