“Very much enjoyed our meal here. Tried the enchilada trio, crispy tacos, and Arizona burrito. All were excellent. I don't normally order crispy tacos but another patron was raving about them so I gave it a try. They were very good. Normally crispy tacos are too heavy and greasy for me, but these were light and crispy and not tough at all. Enchiladas were excellent as well. The white sauce was the best. Normally love green as well but is very limey. If you mix it with either the red or white it's perfect. Arizona burrito had some of the best potatoes I've had in a burrito. Makes me want to try their breakfast burrito, but that'll be next time. To top it all of the rice and beans are awesome. Overall enjoyed everything I tried and looking forward to another visit”

“We visited for the 1st time on 11-12 at 6:30. The service was good and food was fine. But had to take away a couple stars for the completely inappropriate music that was blaring on the TV. We were there with our child and don't believe Kendrick Lamars money trees, is something that should be on. I will add that they did turn it off when we asked, but don't feel like we should have had too.”

“First off , service was excellent. The girl who took care of us was super friendly and really knew the menu. She was cheerful and that goes a long way with us. I ordered the mole enchiladas and it did not disappoint . Mole sauce is house made and was sooo good. Rice and beans were super good too. The chips and salsa were a perfect start. Music is kind of loud and more for the younger crowd (us) but not sure if I would bring my grandma here since she would probably not like the music. Other than that we had an awesome experience and we will be returning!”

“Stopped here for a quick bite. It’s similar to the Chipotle model however I enjoyed it much more. I had the chicken and steak bowl which was delicious. They have all kinds of toppings and salsa but the difference from other places a small bag of tortilla chips is included which I found to be a nice touch. I would absolutely come back to try the rest of the menu. Service was prompt & friendly, the ingredients were fresh and the atmosphere was relaxed. There’s also a bar to sit at if you’d like a drink.”

“Upscale sonoran food in a casual environment. Bacanora is getting a lot of attention and it lived up to the hype. The lime halibut ceviche was bright, fresh and the right amount of spicy. Normally cucumber salad wouldn’t be my choice but wow the sauce was incredible. We also had the scallops, a fantastic elote and the Caramelo which has great carne asada and beans on a tostada. All elevated flavors. And as my wife said, those beans were not an afterthought. Meaty, smoky beans. Most of the magic comes from the one wood fired grill in the back corner of this cozy place. The cocktails were excellent too. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Ceara! Our meal with 4 cocktails was about $100 a piece. Pricey but excellent.”

The dhabeli was decent but unfortunately not hot making it less appealing than it could have been if served hot. The staff added a Gobi Manchurian to our bill without our requesting for it which was disappointing. Also, dishes are prepared in a random order and come out at different times - something to keep in mind for larger groups.”

We ordered three chicken tacos, a steak taco, corn elote, chips and salsa and steak fries. The chicken was slightly cold and had a shrimp flavor (when you aren't big on shrimp, it's a bit of a step back). The steak was also cold, but had great flavor, some pieces were fatty, but that's kind of to be expected with this cut of beef. The corn elote was really good, the spicy mayo set it apart. The steak fries had small pieces of potatoes in it, so not fries. BUT they were seasoned well, probably the best part of the meal. Overall it was decent. A few set backs, but I'm chalking it up to it being towards the end of closing time.”

She went above and beyond to make our special dinner even more special. We sat under the tree which was a cool vibe. They have lots of gluten free options. And our sever made extra sure to let us know what could be made gluten free .”
