“***** Thank you to the front desk, Susan and Charisma for making my decision very easy, to NOT move there. *** I was considering East Mark until I went to visit their recreation center. The service was terrible. After 15 minutes of sitting with my husband discussing the options, Charisma came to tell me that we had overstayed and had to leave. I told her that her coworker had allowed us to stay a little longer, to which she responded, “She asked me to come and tell you.” Spoke to some residents and they said “Welcome to East Mark, we have to deal with this all the time. Their service is terrible.” Charisma even said that in their three years there, we had stayed the longest. Thank you for making my decision very easy, to NOT move there.”

“had a storage for almost 2 years and it was great. Only negative was when I wanted to cancel I couldn't get ahold of anyone and took longer to find a way to notify that I wanted to empty out my unit then when I started my rental of unit. rest was good.”
