“Hello! Today, 01/11/24, I am leaving this hotel. In my experience, I agreed with the price. At first I was afraid of what I would find, but at least I got a good room, in terms of air and water. Everything about the shower was perfect, although I would highlight that the fan makes a lot of noise and seems like it was going to fall. The pool was dirty, at least I didn't try the food on the days I was there since I went out every day to eat. The hotel is quite far from the center, when I say quite a bit, it is like 15 long blocks, and here in San Rafael everything is far away, there are hotels with better locations. But hey. If you ask me if I would return? Yeah. Although I would like them to change some of the things mentioned above, it would be a 10/10 hotel. I feel like it's new too.”

“Excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. The administrator and the rest of the employees are great. The administrator mistreated and yelled at my mother when she told him that she had purchased the service with special food. When I defended my mother, he tried to expel me from the place and had no choice but to bow his head and do what I said. Zero recommended for people with health problems who need special food.”
