“Very poorly maintained rooms ane pathetic service. First of all, they lied to us about having parking space but once we reached, there was no parking available for our car. No hot water until we ask someone to switch on the same, when they have clearly mentioned that hot water is available from 6.30 in the morning. They did not have fresh towels for us, neither there was housekeeping staff to clean the rooms. We had to ask multiple times for even a bottle of water. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.”

“It was a two day-stay here and the hospitality was quite decent. Well sized rooms for staying (depends on how many people) with television, air conditioner and room service facilities. Toilet was also clean and overall the room was good. Got some good tea, food and water. The only thing that could've been fixed was the door locking system. It was really difficult to lock the door of my room but it did get locked after a couple of strong efforts. Anyways, satisfied with the service.”

“Good quiet cozy hotel at the heart of the city with ample parking space. The hotel is located on the roadside and easily reachable. Nehru park metro station is about 500m from this place. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. The rooms were spacious and tidy. AC worked properly and the hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was included in the package. The room had a lot of mosquitoes owing to the open bathroom window. I informed the staff and they gave me a mortien but it did nothing to drive away the mosquitoes. The water occasionally turned brown in colour and smelled of some chemical disinfectant. Overall it was a good place to stay. Will visit again.”

“I booked a balcony room for a family trip, the room itself is really comfortable and spacious and the view from the balcony is exquisite. You can clearly see kanchenjunga in the morning. Hotel manager and staffs are polite and friendly and their services are excellent. However the car provided by the Hotel authorites from Siliguri Jn.on21/10/23and it's driver named Dipen were very rude. The driver made us walk 1km to get in the car and refused to pick up at junction knowing we are senior citizens. Did not make any proper stops so we could eat something in a 6hr journey, giving the same excuse we will be late and overall very uncooperative.”
