“Very disappointed, back at the hotel after several years Room (422) is indeed situated at sea side, however most of the view is blocked by a wall, restaurants roof and trees There is no airconditioning and the room is hard to is ventilate; door can be opened, but the curtain block the air flow Do not look under the bed! Looked for my pen to find out tissues and other unidentified objects there Breakfast is sufficient, several times had to ask for missing ingredients which eventually arrived Dinner at the restaurant was OK personnel is friendly; online checkout is cumbersome; All in all, moderate value for the high price”

“It was a nice and comfortable place to stay. It is well located, near by the Valkenburg Christmas market, which was one of the purposes of our trip. The rooms were very clean, with a coffee machine, fridge, safe box and even a smart TV where you can connect any device!! In the lobby there was a pool table, playing cards, the bar was open until very late. The check in and check out was super fast and easy! In the parking place, they had charging stations for electric cars. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly! We had breakfast in the hotel which was very good, you can have bacon, eggs and even ask the staff to make you some scrambled eggs. I can mention two members of the staff which personally were like friends to you even when you were meeting them in that morning. Ibrahim, one of the team members, gave our son not only a wooden car but also was playing and talking to him. He was very friendly with the kids and families in general. Definitely, we would stay there again! We just felt loved!”

“Would absolutely recommend. Right around the corner from the wilder parts of Leidseplein where location is perfect to live, so it was a nice quiet stay while being close to the fun! Our bed were very comfortable and the room is fine. The downfalls were; we didn't have a window to open and there were no refrigerator.”
