“I have never encountered such an overwhelmingly friendly staff at any place, anywhere. It was refreshing to find such good people doing good work. The room was meticulously cleaned and, although small, was perfect for our 4-day stay. There is no hairdryer, but there is at least an ironing room for general use. Tea and coffee were supplied daily. Curiously, hand towels are not supplied but you can request another bath towel. The breakfast was also really good but we did only have the special version on Christmas Day. Strong air-conditioning, clean rooms and friendly service made for an enjoyable stay this December. Thanks to the team.”

“If I could give zero stars I would.. reception was absolutely horrible. Arrogant and rude. The manager on duty a lady was absolutely rude herself when we asked for fresh towels she said we should have packed our own. We had a lady just open door without knocking to clean, I mean the audacity to just enter a room we paid for, where is the privacy?????There was no parking underground so we had to park across in gateway parking and my car got damaged from gateway customers that parked next to me. I absolutely regretted going there and will never ever again...i commute every second week and often use hotels to stay in, the millennial and the Savannah park you have my business full time .. road lodge you should be ashamed!!”

“Had my first night here and everything went well. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Conference room to work if the room feels to tight. Had dinner and breakfast, food is very nice. Dinner is a set menu, 2 meats and 2 starch, vegetables, salad and three deserts to choose from. Breakfast is the normal, beacon and sausage, scrambled eggs, tomato, bake beans, cereal and yogurt. I have another night here and trust it will be just as pleasant.”
