Building Itself C- - if you are a light sleeper be warned, no soundproofing can hear every noise in the area, beds are rock hard and the shower is one of those open area showers with a curtain that's to close, you either need to leave the curtain open making everything else in the bathroom wet or keep getting stuck to the shower curtain while trying to clean yourself, also toilet water gun pressure low. If you're a heavy sleeper who wants to visit the markets and spend a night or two in surat thani this is the perfect location, if you're a light sleeper I would avoid it.”

“Great hotel with a nice view along the river. Not far away from main road Hwy. 12 , but a nice and quiet location. Great parking garage opposite the reception. Check In and check out was super fast .The room was aged but clean and has everything you need (except a safe). WiFi is available. I had a good sleep in the nice bed. Breakfast is on 2nd floor. Here you will find a good collection of warm food and some toast and jelly and fruits. There is a 7-eleven not far away and also some cafes and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and will come back for sure if I visit Phitsanulok again. Note : actually (July 2023) there is some construction going on outside the hotel. I stayed there at an weekend an there was no noise or discomfort because of this.”

“We came here for breakfast. We ordered scrambled egg with bacon and omelette with bacon. For both menu they charged us 150 bath. On the menu was written 60 bath for the eggs, that means they charged us 90 bath each for three slices of bacon. Fully overpriced (and the bacon was not even crispy). Additionally they put cheese in the omlette and the scrambled egg without mentioning that on the menu. The location itself looks cozy but we will definitely give other restaurants in that area a try.”

Got swimming pools and indoor playground, lift/elevator access to room, plenty of walking distance halal eateries. The rooms are so comfortable and smells so so soooo good, they provides towels and hanger too! Got mini fridge with mineral water. Got cups but no coffees or teas. There is not toilteries provided. TV got Malaysia channels and radio frequency too! But quite far from main attractions.”
