“The best hotel, services and food. Too much delicious meals :) very confortable pool and Sunbeds. Shuttle bus to the beach where there are sunbeds and a bar and lunch. Drinks around the clock, extra snacks like ice cream and waffles throughout the day. Very nice service and daily evening attractions. Rooms very clean and cleaned daily. Adults only hotel on the plus side.”

“Just arrived into the hotel, and I was surprised on the law level of the room, it was really dirty. I informed the team, and they apologized and offer to change the suit, even in the system this room shown it was inspected and should be neat. I checked more than 3 suits, the same level of cleanliness. ROTANA with this level cleanliness it is really shameful. I don’t recommend this bad hotel for anyone. There is no hot water. The sink was flooding. No tooth paste. I was my worth stay for me and my family in whale my life!! Tomorrow I will leave the hotel, even I pained for two night, fortunately I didn’t book for the whale stay in Istanbul at this hotel.”

The location is next to a major road that is busy 24 hours a day. Lots of road noise when windows are open. And there is not much to see/ do around the local area.. it is a good 1 hours drive to the city center.”

I would have given them a 5 star review but they didn’t have a jacuzzi, there’s no internet inside the rooms, and for the breakfast and dinner there’s no buffet it’s just 1 type of food that everyone eats you don’t get to pick what you want.”

“I, being an IHG worker, didn’t get the service that fits the hotel’s fame. I stayed two nights but some workers didn’t even smile. Actually, in IHG hotels, the most essential thing is smiling face but i am so sorry that i couldn’t see that. The set up paper cup in the rooms is also funny, i think. Cleaning is not so bad but i’m not in the same opinion for the breakfast. good luck, have nice and happy working days…”

“READ CAREFULLY!!!!!! My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness. The dirty floors and grimy bathroom were absolutely unacceptable. The worst part, however, was the abysmal service. The hotel staff claimed that we could get a refund without any issues, but when we tried to reach them to process the refund, they blatantly rejected our calls and ignored our attempts to seek assistance. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with the overall state of the hotel and the unprofessional behavior of the staff. It is simply unacceptable to promise a refund and then evade responsibility when it comes to honoring that commitment. I strongly advise against staying at at this “hotel” to anyone considering it. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and disappointment and look for a different place to stay. My experience at this hotel has left a lasting negative impression, and I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure such a dreadful experience. I would PAY DOUBLE TO NOT stay here.”

“We went to a nephew's wedding in Kaleiçi then added an 8 day stay in Çirali. It was our first time there and we did not quite know what to expect. It's a quiet little place, eg no ATM or pharmacy, and we were glad we hired a car. That was really useful going to places such as Phaselis, the Olympus ruins, Ulupinar and Kumluca. We also often used it to go to the car park near the bridge then walk along to the far end of Olympos Beach. We could not have chosen a better hotel. The location is perfect. Plenty of parking, only 4 mins walk from the beach and close to restaurants and convenience stores. The gardens are lovely, breakfast wonderful, delightful staff and the cook great for evening meals. The only unwelcome change from previous Turkish holidays is that alcohol taxes are now punitive and with a typical 3x markup on local wine at restaurants we tended to buy bottles at a convenience store to have on our balcony. There was a request in the room notes (only the 2nd time I've ever seen that) not to bring in your own drink to consume in your own room but that was no part of the conditions when booking (therefore invalid) and we ignored it. Our room was excellent, a triple rather than the double we'd booked so 5m sq bigger. Very comfortable, with a good mattress, nice balcony, good wifi (we were near reception) and quiet a/c which did not dump cold air onto the bed.”

“This hotel is a disaster! Pool area is very dirty and small, there are only 16 sunbeds. Even when you go and tell them to clean it, they will not do it. Rooms are ok, nothing special. They are being cleaned every second day. Location is actually the only good thing about this hotel. Let's talk about food.. horror! Restaurant area is also very dirty, flies are everywhere, even in food, they don't care about hygiene at all. The food selection is small and food is not tasty. İf you like salads, its a hotel for you. I also must say that this is the only hotel where we had to buy water!! There is only one water machine and you are not allowed to refill bottles or take it to the room. İt's a shame. I could write more, but my conclusion is, its not worth of any money. Go anywhere else.”
