“Auberge de la Pointe was highly recommended to me by a friend, and it did not disappoint. It was perfectly situated for my itinerary but would be worth a detour even if it had not been. The room was very nice with a lovely deck from which to enjoy the spectacular view. I enjoyed a nice relaxed dinner in the restaurant and was able to be back on my deck to watch the sunset. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating of my poor French, especially the charming young man at the front desk when I was checking in. I was so tired from driving that I was struggling with any language! My only complaint would be that my stay was not long enough and next time I will definitely stay longer.”

“We came in with our big family had an amazing time I’ve been to 4-5 star hotels around the world and hands down one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Customer service was great the staff allowed us to use the dinning room so we could do a family bingo evening !!! Was so impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel as a whole. The one and only thing that upset us was how out key card kept deactivating after every use it was very frustrating at times not going to lie but as I said otherwise the stay was great!!! Will come again and tell others for sure”

All the amenities are there. the hotel room was super nice. really nice looking and all you could need was there. Overall, we had a great time!”

“Clean and Friendly! Close to town, but just far enough away to be quiet! Restaurants a minute walk away, but no need, an amazing restaurant inside the hotel with a bar! One of the best pools I have seen for kids and teens! Hard too book so book in advance, definitely worth staying! Concert of 250 people one night of the week and half we were there and never heard a sound even while we chatted with the owner in the lobby! ALL Staff is very friendly and polite! We have been all over the world and met friendly people, but without a doubt the people are some of the politest we have met! Ground were impeccable! If there was a flaw it was that it rained two days! Definitely not their fault!”

“Great service, very friendly. This seemed like a very new hotel. They made a last minute reservation go very smoothly. They welcomed my German Shepard with open arms and didn't charge a huge deposit or fee ($25 for the night). They also gave us a little treat bag and poop bags. The pet poop area was in close vicinity. There's a Tim's and a pub with great burgers right there too. For being on the Trans-Canada highway it was nice and quiet. We grabbed a couple muffins from the breakfast area so I can't give an honest review about it, but it's included with your stay. Everything was very clean. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks again to the awesome staff. We stayed one night on Dec 3rd 2023.”

“The staff at this Hampton location were great and very helpful! The breakfast is amazing and the hot breakfast menu was changed daily. I loved getting my coffee with French Vanilla creamer in the lobby whenever I wanted it! The hotel is very well maintained and is clean. Our friend kept praising how soft and fluffy his pillows were, that he would fall asleep as soon as his head hit the pillows! We choose to stay at the Hamptons when we travel as they are always consistent!”

The hotel is relatively new, clean, modern, and spacious with nice extras like the sink in the 'kitchen' area of our room (microwave, coffee maker, fridge) which we found very handy. The breakfast had a good assortment of offerings and what impressed me most was the dedication of all the staff I encountered.”

“Great location near the highway. Hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and the hotel was quiet. We didn't use the pool, so no comment on that. Breakfast was great and included with the price of the room. I'm now driving an electric car, so selfishly. I would love if they had a couple level 2 chargers for charging your car overnight. This will appeal to EV drivers and likely drive more business to your hotel. When in Woodstock, this is our go-to hotel.”

Thankfully the best waitress is here when we have been here . JENNY waitress in the restaurant is amazing ! Very pleasant, place was packed and she checked on us often . An amazing server who makes the best sling !”

“Location was convenient, and liked the fact that you need your key card to use the elevator is nice. That's about the end of good. When we checked in they undercharged us without our knowledge so when they charged us after the stay it was almost 100$ extra a room. Whenever they talked about the deposit which what they initially took was they claim Its supposed to be 50$ a night which it was more. When we initially called to book our rooms we confirmed about getting a crib only to be told after check in they didn't have one for us. When we checked out they said they would only take the deposit that we would just be refunded any extra. When I showed the receptionist the difference in the deposit even they said that's wrong. Since we checked out we've now been charged twice for the rooms and the manager had said they would deal with (call the bank to get info so our money would be refunded or taken off a hold) and call back as soon as they were done. We have yet to still receive a call from them and our deposit is still pending which is making us unable to access any of our money for another week as of right now. Will NOT be coming back here again”

“Amazing! I am an evacuee from Yellowknife. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a downtown hotel that was absolutely horrible. I got transferred to the Best Western and it was amazing! Great staff! The General Manager Sherri, is amazing and was very pleasant to deal with! Great front desk service from Amanda, David, and Andrea! Great breakfast, clean rooms, very clean hotel! Housekeeping is always cleaning the hallways+rooms+ main area of the hotel throughout the day! PeT friendly and treats were ready at the front desk! “This place has very bad security issues. The back doors have no video surveillance and front desk will give someone your key if they say they are you. Someone broke into my room on the main floor and my stuff was rifled through and thrown in the floor. A real sketchy place. If you have to stay there I would recommend the one of the top floors.”
