“The staff are very nice and the food is delicious! I'm an electric wheelchair user, so I need an accessible room. It turns out every single room is accessible in this hotel, which is great! The room and bathroom are very spacious, and shower chairs are available. The bed is massive and very nice to sleep on. The only thing that was missing was an emergency cord in the room and bathroom in case of a fall. I'd really advise the hotel to find a solution for disabled people who stay alone in case of an unexpected fall. There's also free parking.”

We were robbed by the taxi driver which was called for us by the hotel, €55 each way to get into and back from the bars in Bordeaux, it was only a 10 minute drive. Avoid the breakfast at the hotel too, scrambled eggs looked certain to give you a few days on the toilet. Staff very polite and helpful.”

Tokens can be obtained from a well hidden ticket machine, €11 euros expensive for the facilties offered I feel. There is grey water dumping available but you have to pay a further €3s to empty the toilet cassette. Really sad to see the site neglected, was lovely before.”
