“I'm from Canada and wanted to check this place out for my birthday. Overall I'd say great concept with very poor execution. The food was mediocre for being a 5 star hotel. When we turned the jacuzzi on it was filled with dirt from lack of cleaning maintenance, called the front desk they told me they would switch rooms for us and said they'd call back in 10 minutes we waited 3 hours and ended up having to check out.”
